Primarily perform post process analyzing for all KPI TEST scenarios for the performance
management of LTE Network. Test consisted of Near point, Far point, 3 point Data
Uplink & Downlink, Ping Test, Session Recovery, handovers checking, Attach and Detach
Analyzing and plotting the drive logfiles routes to show the coverage and quality with
the RSSI, CINR, RSRP, SINR, RSRQ, PCI and PI, DL and UL data throughput as per the
requirements of the customer
Performed Low level optimization and remote support for LTE project through TEMS
11&13.1 and 14.3 15.2 DT log files analysis and Network Stats.
Coordinate with Nokia Optimization team and DT team members for supporting them to
overcome any issues arising on the field.

functionality of the hardware including TRX testing, throughput testing, VSWR and any

Perform initial tuning of site which includes MOC (Mobile Originated Calls) and MTC
(Mobile Terminated Calls) to ensure all incoming and outgoing calls are properly
executed, Data Testing for EDGE/GPRS, HO (Inter/Intra) and coverage testing to check
the probable coverage footprint of the site.
Responsible to perform database consistency check from the daily Network Dump to
conduct Pre Launch Cluster Optimization which included down tilting and making sure
the site serve within its logical serving area and reducing overshooting
Responsible to coordinate with the field teams in order to complete the tasks for
2G/3G/BB sites.
Prepare Initial tuning report (SW PL) and submit it to the customer.
Perform activities during the MDT.
To perform BB throughput testing using 7.2, 14.4 and 21.6Mbps data cards with Nemo 5
