MeetMeAtTheFrontDoordoesnotallowharassment,includingsexualharassment,atanytime
toanyMeetMeAtTheFrontDoorPersonnel.

SalesAgentLicense

TheundersignedSalesAgentaffirmsthathe/shehasacurrentrealestatelicenseintheStateof
CaliforniaandagreestotransferthelicensetoMeetMeAtTheFrontDoor.
SalesAgentaffirmsthattherearenoactionspendingagainsttheirrealestatelicense.
TheSalesAgentwillabidebyalllaws,whichgoverntherealestateindustryintheStateof
California.
ItistheresponsibilityofSalesAgenttoimmediatelynotifyMeetMeAtTheFrontDoorofany
changesconcerningtheirlicenseand/orpersonalinformation.
TheSalesAgentagreestoengageincompetent,ethicalandhonestrealestateactivity.

Agent.Eitherpartycangiveanoticeofterminationatanytimewithoutadvancenotice.

o PersonnelInformationForm
o Broker/AgentAdvertising/MarketingAgreement
o SolicitorAgreement
TheSalesAgentaffirmshe/shehasthelegalstatustoworkintheUnitedStates.
SalesAgentwillsupplyaSocialSecuritynumberonanIRSW9forminordertoreceive
compensation.
MeetMeAtTheFrontDoorwillissueanIRS1099aftertheendofeachfiscalyear(December
31).

SalesAgentCommission/Fees

TheSalesAgentisentitledtocommission/feesperthefullyexecutedMeetMeAtTheFrontDoor
CommissionAgreementbetweenMeetMeAtTheFrontDoorandSalesAgent.
TheSalesAgentisnotentitledtoemployeebenefits.

InfinityREEnterprisesPolicyandProceduresrequirements:

TheSalesAgentagreestofollowallpolicies,procedures,guidelines,andinstructionsofMeetMe
AtTheFrontDoor.
TheSalesAgentisrequiredtoread,understand&clarifytheMeetMeAtTheFrontDoorPolicy&
ProceduresManual.
TheSalesAgentunderstandsthathe/sheisrequiredtoreadandsignafullyexecutedSolicitors
AgreementwithMeetMeAtTheFrontDoorpriortocommencingbusinessactivities.
TheSalesAgentagreestonotifyMeetMeAtTheFrontDoormanagementif,atanytime,he/she
doesnotunderstandanyinstructions,policies,and/orguidelines.
TheSalesAgentagreestojoinandpaymembershipinthefollowingorganizations:
o MultipleListingService(MLS)
o NationalAssociationofREALTORS
o CaliforniaAssociationofREALTORS
o SantaClaraCountyBoardofREALTORSand/oranycountyRealEstateBoard

Vacation/personaltime

SalesAgentsaretoarrangefortheirownvacation/personaltimeandMeetMeAtTheFrontDoor
doesnotcompensatethemforvacation/personaltime.

Orientation/Training

TheSalesAgentagreestoparticipateintheMeetMeAtTheFrontDoorOrientation&otherSales
Trainingavailable.

Vehicles/Transportation

AllSalesAgentsmustsupplytheirowntransportationandvehiclesforbusinessuse.
SalesAgentvehiclesmustbeinareasonableworkingcondition.
SalesAgentsmustcarryappropriateinsurancefortheirvehicles.


Keys/Lockboxes

SalesAgentsaretofollowallMeetMeAtTheFrontDoorpoliciesandinstructionsregardingkeys
andalarmcodes
SalesAgentsaretoberesponsibleforMeetMeAtTheFrontDoorpropertykeysatalltimeswhen
assigned
SalesAgentsaretosurrenderMeetMeAtTheFrontDoorkeysimmediatelyupontermination.
SalesAgentsareresponsibleforanylockboxrequiredbytheMultipleListingService.

Marketing

TheMeetMeAtTheFrontDoormarketingagreementoutlinesallmarketingpaidbyBrokerand
marketingpaidbySalesAgent.

Nondisclosure/Confidentiality

SalesAgentsaretosigntheMeetMeAtTheFrontDoorNondisclosure/Confidentiality
AgreementwhencompletingthisSalesAgentAgreementandSolicitorAgreement.

Disputes/Problems/Injuries

SalesAgentsaretoreportanydisputes,problems,and/orinjurieswithMeetMeAtTheFrontDoor
inwriting.

DrugfreePolicy

TheundersignedSallesAgentunderstandsthatMeetMeAtTheFrontDoorrequiresadrugfree
policyenvironmentwithallpersonnel,SalesAgentsandtenants.

IagreetothetermsofthisIndependentContractorAgreementwithInfinityREEnterprises.
