considerationoftheirmutualpromisesandfortheirmutualbenefits.
Thefollowingrecitalsaretrueandcorrectandareincorporatedhereinbyreference.
1.
RECITALS
a.
MeetMeAtTheFrontDoorisacompanyinthebusinessofmakingandoriginating
loans/representingpurchasersofpropertiessecuredbyRealEstateintheStateof
California.Brokersenjoythegoodwillof,andareputationfordealingwiththepublicand
alsohaveandmaintainoffices,properlyequippedandstaffedsuitablyforservicingthe
publicasaRealEstateBrokerandoriginator.
b. TheRealEstateAgentisarealestatesolicitorandisproperlyqualifiedtodealwiththe
publicassuch.
c. MeetMeAtTheFrontDoorwishestoretaintheRealEstateAgentwiththeresponsibilities
anduponthetermsandconditionssetforthbelowandtherealestateagentwishesto
acceptsuchretention.
d. In consideration of the foregoing and of the full faithful performance by the real
estate of all terms and conditions and obligations imposed upon real estate agent
solicitors.
2.
COMPLIANCEWITHTHELAW

TheundersignedRealEstateAgentwarrantsandrepresentsthatheorsheshallcomply
withallStateandFederalLawsandRegulationsimposeduponrealestateagentsolicitors.
RealEstateAgentagreestoattendcompany/scheduledtrainingprogramstodevelop
programstodeveloptheirskillsinpurchasing/listingofrealestatepropertiesandtokeep
themabreastandinformedofrecentdevelopmentsand/orupdateineverywaypossible.
3.
APPOINTMENT
MeetMeAtTheFrontDoorherebyappointstheRealEstateAgentforatermcommencingonthe
day/monthandyearwrittenbelowandcontinuinguntiltheterminationofthisretentionagreement,
andtherealestateagentherebyacceptssuchappointmenttoperformtheservicessetforthherein.
TheRealEstateAgentsauthorityshallbelimitedtosolicitingandsubmitting/representing
buyers/sellersofproperties.
TheRealEstateAgentshallnothaveanyauthoritytobindMeetMeAtTheFrontDoorbyany
promiseorrepresentationorinanyothermannerwhatsoever,andnothinghereincontainedshallbe
construedtoestablishtheRealEstateAgentastheagentofMeetMeAtTheFrontDoorother
thanthescopeoftheirappointment.
4.
TERRITORY
RealEstateAgentshallrepresenthimself/herselfwithinthescopeofterritoryofMeetMeAtThe
FrontDoorasmandatedorupdated.
5.
SUBMISSIONS
TheRealEstateAgentshallsubmitapplicationinsuchform,andaccompaniedbysuchdocuments
andfeesatMeetMeAtTheFrontDoorshallfromtimetotimeprescribe.TheRealEstateAgent
shallfamiliarizehimselforherselfwithMeetMeAtTheFrontDoorQualityControlPolicysoas
toavoidsubmittingunqualifiedapplications.
6.
EQUIPMENTANDEXPENSES
MeetMeAtTheFrontDoorshallprovidetherealestateagentwithallappropriateforms.Allother
equipment(Notebook,Computer,Cellularphones,etc.)andtransportation(includingparking/liability
orcomprehensiveinsurance)shallbesuppliedbytherealestateagent.MeetMeAtTheFront
Doorwillnotreimbursetherealestateagentforanysuchitems,norforanypromotionalactivities
reimbursetherealestateagentforanysuchitems,norforanypromotionalactivitiesorany
subscriptionsormembershipduespaidtoanybusiness,professional,orsocialorganizations,
exceptasapprovedbyMeetMeAtTheFrontDoor.
