Carefully read the article titled The external environments effect on management
and strategy: A complexity theory approach (by: Roger B. Mason) that is
available in the download section of LMS and answer the following questions.
1. Why did a company like ITA become successful in a highly turbulent
environment of South Africa? Give your answer with at least three
supporting arguments. (10 marks)
2. Compare the suitability of traditional versus non-traditional strategic pattern
of private and public sector organizations of Pakistan. Give your answer
with at least two supporting arguments. (10 marks)
