A. Learning Objectives
By the end of the course, the students will be able to:
1. Students are able to express and respond the expressions of telephone handling.
2. Students are able to take a note of simple messages received by telephone.
3. Students are able to take a note of simple messages based on direct communication.
4. Students are able to compose sentences using Adjactive Clause correctly.
5. Students are able to write sentences using Personal Pronun correctly.
