In Agnus Consulting, we invest in people. We
do this in several ways. One way is that we regularly offer internships to outstanding young people
who want to explore the consulting business for a
period of one to six months. We strive to provide
client-oriented tasks whenever we can. We want our
interns to come as close to our clients as possible.
We assign overall responsibility for meaningful
deliverables so that our interns can show ownership and responsibility.
Most importantly, we provide each intern with
a mentor. This enables our interns to thrive,

excel, and succeed; reaching ambitious goals.


Naturally, we invite our interns to all of the Firms
seminars and social gatherings before, during
and after the internship period. In this way our
interns get a thorough understanding of our business and they get embedded in our network of
associates.
We have been inspired by a number of talented
interns. This is a true privilege. Some of them
have already agreed to work with us as full-time
associates following their internships. We look
forward to becoming acquainted with more.
