DESCRIPTION:
This project is mainly the wireless connection realizes the connection between the different
parts of the equipment, which will ensure the real-time data transmission with accuracy. The transport
layer connect the robot and the Handheld device through controlling the datas sending and receiving, the
data layer is in charge of the data encoding and decoding, and the interface layer provides controlling
interface. First, realize the wireless connection between two embedded systems through wireless card.
Based on the stable wireless network connection between the two devices, through wireless connection,
the hand-held devices could send the control message to the robots controller. By receiving the
procedure, the robot controller received and stored procedure. At the same time, by serial links, the robot
controller sends the procedure to the embedded controller.
Through the motor controller, the ground embedded equipment would be in charge of the
electrical machine, thus completing remote operation of the system. Focus on the wireless network
connection with handheld devices, on the one hand, receiving the command information, on the other
hand, storing the information into the buff. The other thread is used to communicate with the embedded
ARM7 equipment which is within the robot.
When this thread is running, the information stored in the buff will be elected, and then be sending to the
ground of the robot, so as to realize the remote control of mobile robot. Experiments showed that the
processing speed of controller can ensure the remote real-time controlling.

ZIGBEE:
Zigbee is new wireless technology guided by IEEE 802.15.4 Personal Area Network standard.
It is primarily designed for the wide range controlling applications and to replace the existing nonstandard technologies. It currently operates in 868 MHz band at a data rate of 20Kbps in Europe, 914MHz
band at 40kbps in USA, and the 2.4GHz ISM bands Worldwide at a maximum data-rate of 250kbps. It is
used to verify whether users truncation is possible or not. One of the main advantages of this ZIGBEE
communication is that it provides a noise free communication, the amount of noise added in this type of
communication is very less compared to the other wireless communications.
