A Brief Introduction
Jagruti Technical Services is a Pune-based company that operates in the following
core industrial activities:

Single point Turnkey Project Executors- (Industrial Machine Load/Unload,

Shifting, Erection to Installation; Commissioning Support too).

Government-approved Licensed Electrical Contractors

Machine Maintenance Activities

Glass Plant Erectors

The company was registered in May-2005, but started Service activities from
Sept-2006, by Mr. M. B. Kautkar with Mr. R. D. Kurhade and Mr. R. R. Salunkhe.
Early Entrepreneurial Challenges
Neither Mr. Kautkar nor his group colleagues had prior business experience
when they started Jagruti Technical Services. But everyone in group was a strong
technologist, with an admirable record of technical service excellence in the companies
they worked for. In 2005, after some intensive market research and customer-centric
analyses, Mr.Kautkar decided to take the plunge into entrepreneurship. He was
convinced that group members were excellent in their line of operations, and that their
services would be able to fill a lacuna in customer requirements.

As work began on the first few projects, the learning was immense, and a firm work
ethics were born.
The first ethic being- commitment to excellence in work Quality & Speed. Instead
of offering a fixed set of services, choose to explore and give its customers complete
solutions. It meant listening to customer needs, working to provide the right solution,
investing in people and tools, and then going back to the company to offer this service.
This was the beginning of Jagruti's leadership in turnkey services. It had its basis in the
company ethic of customer satisfaction at its highest level where Quality, Correctness,
Repeatability & Speed of works are concerned.
Second strong business ethic was Work Safety! All the Risk Analysis for

We Value Employees and their Safety:
The second operating principle is the great importance Jagruti places on its
employees and their safety. Their motivation and overall excellence has much to do with
the fact that they are valued and respected a great deal. The fact that we had Zeroaccidents, despite working in a high-risk environment is testimony to our safety policies.
Employee Turnover, Social Responsibility and Work Safety Jagruti invest a great
deal in its employees. Employees come first. As is the case for small-scale businesses,
employee loans are a big outlay, but Jagruti is very particular about not denying any
employee of funds for general and family emergencies. Employees enjoy a strong sense
of team spirit and are motivated to take informed decisions on-site.
Employee safety is a big concern as installation operations are not a safe field.
Jagruti has trained employees to put their safety first, and if necessary the company
works through an alternate solution to an on-site problem rather than compromising on
an employee's safety. (See box).This policy has built the employees' confidence in the
company, and it shows in the level and expertise of the work, the 100% commitment and
consequently the positive customer feedback that comes in after every project.

Overseas Opportunity (China) proving our work capacity: - An example of

Jagruti's superior Installation capability: In April 2012, a client had a requirement
for shifting of old machines and erection of new machines. Because of our past
work, the client was keen to work with us again, and our team was sent to China
to study the machinery. We made a presentation (our very first overseas
presentation) on how to install, and our presentation was well-received by the
Chinese, American and Indian teams present. Our capability is trusted to such an
extent, that our clients are willing to send us overseas to study processes and get
the machinery installed in India.

Best Stall Award in Mahatech Exhibition: Our teams are known to give their
best, no matter what they do. So our very first exhibition got us an award.
