Analysis the circuit by using thevenin's theorem

This performance test will measure the skills and the practical level of the
students of analysis the circuit by using thevenin's theorem. The students
should pass the test with cretin level.
As well Performance measurement is used in initial stages of design to
provide benchmarks for the design process. It's also used during the design
cycle to measure the work done. Therefore, in this test the students should
know about the following steps:

- what are the steps of practical knowledge that you should have:
1- Follow the instructions
2- Wear the safety shoos
3- Wear the gloves and goggles.
4- Have a great engineering background.
5- Solve the mathematics problems and have an understanding of
mathematics.
6- Apply the rules that you should you to analyze the circuit.
7- Measure the Voltage and Current by using the voltmeter.
8- Have an idea about the types of components.
9- Connection of the components and how can you use.
10- Remove the load.
11- Calculate Rth.
12- Calculate Vth.
13- Redraw the circuit.

1- follow the instructions:

Before doing anything in the workshop you should follow the
instructions one by one.
2- Wear the safety shoes.
The safety shoes are important to protect you, so you must wear it when
you work in the workshop.

3- Wear the gloves and goggles.

Gloves are important to protect your hands from the tools that you use.
And goggles are often worn when using power tools such
as drills or chainsaws to prevent flying particles from damaging the
eyes.
4- Have a great engineering background:
-

Technique to solve the problem which you face.

Making the right decision.
Find the troubleshooting in the circuit.
Follow the instruction.

5. Solve the mathematics problems and have an understanding of

mathematics:
- Addition and subtraction.
- Multiplication and division.
- Integration and differentiation.

6. Apply the rules:

- Ohm's law
- Voltage divider.
- Kirchhoff's law.

7. Measure the Voltage and Current:

- To measure the current in the circuit.
- To measure the voltage in the circuit.
By using voltmeter device.
8. Have an idea about the components:

- Resistor.
- Capacitor.
- Inductor.
9. Connection of the components:
- Parallel connection.
- Series connection
- Complex connection.
The students should know about with which type of connection you deal.
10- Remove the load:
- Remove the load resistor RL.
11- Calculate Rth:
- Calculate Rth by shorting all voltage sources or by open circuiting all
the current sources.
12- Calculate Vth:
- Calculate Vth by the usual circuit analysis methods or by using voltage
divider.
13- Redraw the circuit:
- Re-design or redraw with (Vth) as a source in series with (Rth) and
connect the load resistor (RL).
