Steak Salad - Caribbean mojo marinated flank steak grilled and thinly sliced served over romaine lettuce, tomatoes,
cucumbers, and red onions tossed in a red wine feta vinaigrette. (Substitute with shrimp or tuna) -12

Tuna Sashimi–
Sashimi– Rare seared tuna, thinly sliced and served over a cucumber salad in a wonton bowl with ponzu
dipping sauce, topped with pickled bamboo shoots. -9

Chorizo, Shrimp, and Cheddar Chowder–


Chowder– Sautéed shrimp with chorizo and onions, finished with cream, red bliss
