VII. AGREEMENT:
1. I agree to abide by the Research Associate agreement, signed once I am accepted
into the program.
2. I understand that my program will be considered complete only when I submit all
my project assignment, and receive a letter of completion from the GJA.
3. I do have access to computer, round the clock internet connection, and related
IT facilities.
4. I do have access to a law library, which shelves law reporters such as AIR, CLR,
SCC etc.
5. I will be able devote minimum 20 hours a week to the program. I will document
time spent on research work, and submit the same with my submissions.
6. I will respond to GJA emails within 24 hours, and will consider myself dropped
upon failure to do so.

7. I will adhere to the final and intermittent deadlines.

8. In addition to the assigned project, I will take on additional work, from other GJA
projects if needed.
9. If there are any proposed or planned, personal or professional activities that may
interrupt my research, I will notify the GJA in advance.
10. I understand that lack of proper communication or punctuality by me will result in
discharge from the program.
11. I will publish at least one article or op-ed of minimum 500 words for any online
or paper publication every six months during the Program. The topic and final
version will be pre-approved by the GJA.
12. I will comply with any other requirements of the program, as and when
communicated by the GJA.
