INFORMATION
Welcome to Houston/Galveston!
At Princess Cruises, we are steady. Here are some things you should know to ensure
your transfer to the ship is as seamless as possible. We hope you enjoy your time in
Houston and Galveston!
Upon arrival at the airport, please proceed through the normal customs/immigration
requirements and collect your luggage. If you are missing luggage, please file a claim with the
airline prior to leaving the airport. A copy of the claim should be kept for your records. You must
notify the local Princess representative and Crew Manager aboard your ship as soon as
possible.
If joining same day, you will be met by a Princess Cruises
representative in the baggage area.

Please note the following instructions regarding your hotel and transportation:

Please proceed to the hotel directly and take the Marriott Houston North
complimentary hotel shuttle located outside the baggage claim area. Please look for
the sign that states Shuttle Bus Pickup. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes, 24
hours a day. For immediate pick-up, use the courtesy phone to call 281-875-4000.

At the hotel, please be prepared to give them your name and show your joining letter.
The hotel front desk will give you instructions regarding your meals, restaurant hours,
etc. Princess Cruises will pay for your room and tax, and meals.
All incidental charges, such as phone, mini bar, in room movies, baggage handling etc.
will be charged to your account and must be paid by you upon check out. Princess
Cruises is not responsible for gratuities.

Please be at your hotel lobby by 0700am for pickup, unless told otherwise at
check in.

Directions to Hotel
Once you collect your baggage, proceed to the shuttle pickup location. The Marriott Houston
North does not service Terminal D, the international arrivals building where you have likely
arrived. You will need to make your way to another terminal.

Either walk or take the airport tram to terminal A, B, C, or E.


o The TerminaLink is above ground and within the secured airport area.
o The inter-terminal train is underground and outside of security.

Look for the courtesy phone for the Marriott Houston North. Call the hotel for to ask for
immediate pick up.

Proceed outside to the Shuttle Bus Pickup.

Wait for the white Marriott Houston North shuttle bus, pictured below.
