Sankalp Annual Management Research Journal(ISSN2277-1875) is published annually by MGVs Institute of

Management and Research ,Panchavati NAshik . Sankalp
comes from the Hindu mythology which means taking a
pledge, related to worship. This journal reflects the various
aspects of managerial problems, discussing the various
alternatives and providing the best possible solutions from
industrialist as well as academicians.
Sanklap , an annual publication of the MGVs Institute of
Management and Research is one of the initiatives of its
research centre to fullfill the dream of research scholars and
aspirants .The basic aim of the journal is to provide a platform to
the academicians and industrialist by disseminating the
concepts, ideas of the management discipline and research based
work in such a way which can be easily incorporated or
absorbed by its beneficiaries.
The journal welcomes original research papers, articles, case
studies, book reviews in the relevant area like Finance,
Marketing, Business Strategy, Economics, Entrepreneurship,
Ethics, International Business, Human Resource Management,
Operations, Quantitative Methods, and General Management to
name a few.

Journal emphasis empirical studies, but sound conceptual and

application oriented papers and articles are also welcome.

Guidelines for Author(s)

1. The manuscripts should be in MS-Word 2007 format in English
language . It must be double spaced, with 1 inch margins ,font type
times New Roman, font size 12,black.

2. Cover Page of the paper should provide full name (first, middle,
surname) and full address of the institute affiliated to, correspondence
address along with email address of the Author(s). The Author(s)s name
or affiliations should not appear anywhere else in the body of the
manuscript for peer blind review process.

3. A brief resume of the Author(s) should accompany the research

articles with colour passport size photograph.
4. All manuscripts must include abstract, followed by relevant
keywords, in maximum 250 words ,which should adequately describe
the work and its significance. Abstract should only include text.

5. The full paper should not exceed 4000-5000 words including

references.
6. Figures and tables should be numbered consecutively with the source
indicated at the bottom. Figure must be in high resolution with
descriptive heading.
7. All tables, charts, graphs, diagrams should be black and white and not
in colour.
8 Manuscript not accepted for publication will not be sent back to
Author(s).Rejection or acceptance of the same will be informed by email
only. No telephone calls regarding manuscript will be entertained
9. All papers will be sent to the experts for blind review. The editorial
board reserves the right to accept or refuse submitted manuscript without
assigning any reasons.
10. The final draft is subject to editorial amendments to suit the
requirements of journal.
11. Wherever copyrighted material is used, the Author(s) should be
accurate in reproduction, acknowledgement and obtain permission from
the copyright holders, if necessary.
12 .Book reviews must contain the name of the Author(s) and the book
reviewed place of publication and

name of the publisher, date of

publication, number of pages and price.

13. Copyright of published articles will rest with the publisher.

Author(s) s will receive a complimentary copy of the journal issue that
carries his /her published paper.
