S: Toolbox Talk & proper PPE.


PTW system if painting over-side or aloft.
M Keep working area clean and tidy. Dont rush, watch your step.
Hold paint container/tin properly and keep dry.
S: Wear face mask and mix/stir paint in open area and stay with wind
from the side (from left or right.)
Stir paint slowly and with controlled motion.
No smoking or naked light or hot work near the opened paint.
Clean with thinner and immediately wash with soap and plenty of water if

Fire extinguisher ready at site.
H: Read chemical Data Sheet/MSDS of paint for use prior to opening tin.
