S: Toolbox talks to enhance individual and all health awareness for


hazards of work going to be done.
To change out clothing when got wet after completion of task.
To minimize the wastage of water and close valves if standby for
spraying, limit exposure to wet condition, use required PPE/Rain Coat.
To raise awareness of slippery floor, put signage WET FLOOR, WASH
PAINT IN PROGRESS visible to all personnel & others.
Reading of MSDS for hazards of cleaning materials to be used, rinse
hand properly & limit hand exposure to any cleaning chemicals,
awareness in controls & handling of chemicals, use required PPE.
Warn others around that may hit by the handle and to place the
equipments such that others may not trips (house keeping) signage
Wash Paint in Progress.
All involved to be aware of flying object and use required PPE.
To maintain proper posture, limit exposure to difficult position and take a
H rest if feeling dizzy or pain in the back.
To be aware of height & no railings, PTW if height more than 2 meters,
reference to COSWP, wear proper PPE such as safety harness.
To be aware of danger when using the ladder like falling; do no rush, hold
the handrail accordingly.
Ensure some one is on watch (supervision) if cleaning is to be done at
height.
Awareness of the tripping hazard caused by the hose, to put the hose into
appropriate location not to expose in a tripping hazard.
Use cleaning material wisely and moderately.
