Components

Versatile & lightweight truss system

Main Frames

End Frames

1.5m deep x 2.2m length.


The main frames are the
back bones of the system.
It is joined together using
spigots and pin to form
large spans.
Frames can be connected
to standard scaffold using
standard scaffold fittings

1.1m deep x 2.5m length.


The end frames is the
bracings which connects
a pair of main frames trusses.
The four ends have clip-in
hooks for simple xing to
the main frames.

Made of high strength


aluminium alloy to provide
tensile strength exceeding
10 tonnes.
Manufactured
with high precision and
close tolerance on the pinhole gap in order to minimize
sagging of the bridge structure.

Adjustable Spigots

Fasteners

Pinned spigots are used to


joint main frames at an
angle for curved roof or
platform.

Fasteners are used for


joining main frames together
through spigots.
The pin is made of high
strength steel

Eight incremental angles


are available ranging from
4o up to 26o.

Decking
Made of aluminium
frames with plywood on top.
Typical size is 2500mm x
500mm hooks which sit
perfectly on the mainframe
chords
Based on 2500mm deck
span, the ultimate load
is 9kN

Track & trolley system


Unique track & trolley system
for platform mobility.
The aluminium track reduces
the load imposed on the
supporting structure.

Application
Designed to move away from conventional scaffolding where access at
height con-sume high volume of scaffolding equipments and takes up a
lot of floor space. With lightweight DXS Bridging System, platform could
be suspended, or set off round on scaffolding towers. This frees up
space below the platform for other con-tractors or public use

User needs to apply SAFETY FACTOR as required by regional standard. Minimum required is 1.6.
This loading table is provided as a guide only and assume all loads are applied at the nodes.
All structures should be checked by a qualied structural engineer.
