Shri Ram College of Commerce, a premier institution in commerce and business education in India
has been offering a two-year full time Post-Graduate International Management Programme in
Global Business Operations. For this Programme the college invites applications from deserving
candidates having self-initiative and motivation to inspire students for the following posts.
1. Faculty (Full-Time)
Economics (one), Marketing (one), Finance (one), Quantitative Analysis (one), Information
Technology (one)
Job Description: The Incumbent will be required to teach and mentor students in the subjects
of their discipline as per course curriculum. In addition, they will involve students in project
works and topics on current issues of their subject. They will be responsible for examination
& evaluation, conducting & monitoring internal assessment, academic performance of
students, guiding students in organizing events, conducting quizzes, tests, etc. They will
also share administrative responsibilities related to examination, evaluation, placement,
students activities, conferences and any other function that the college assigns to them.
Qualification, Experience & Age: Post-Graduate in related discipline from prominent
institution/university with at least 55% marks. Teaching experience of at least five years at
Under-graduate level or three years at post graduate level in prominent academic
institutions is required.
Salary & Tenure: Minimum consolidated pay package of Rs. 60,000/- p.m. will be paid to the
incumbent. However, higher pay package will commensurate with the qualification and
experience and go up to Rs. 1,00,000 p.m. The appointment will be contractual initially for a
period of one year and begin from August 2014. The usual working week will be for 6 days
and working hours will be 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
2. Executive Assistant 01 Post (Full-Time)
Job Description: The Incumbent should have excellent communication abilities both written
and oral. He/She will be responsible for handling office activities independently, including
day to day correspondence, communicate with corporates and others, developing work
procedures, identifying & setting priorities for the office, liaising with companies, arranging
campus placement activities and any other related administrative activities & programmes.
Qualification, Experience & Age: Graduate in any discipline with at least II division from a
prominent university/institution. Some experience in related area will be an advantage.
Salary & Tenure: Consolidated pay package will be up to Rs. 20,000/- p.m. Higher pay
package will be commensurate with qualification and experience. The appointment of
incumbent will be on contractual basis. Selection will be on the basis of test and personal
interview. The usual working week will be for 6 days and working hours will be
8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
