On October 1st, 2014 my grandmother turned 100 years old. The

following month she passed away.
I spent quite a bit of time with her,
especially in the year leading up to her
passing. She shared many stories
about her very interesting life and I
was aware that although I appeared
to be no more than a granddaughter visiting, I was also serving a
deeper purposethat of a Dreamwalker or Death Transition Celebrant.
I did not share my views on death with my Nanna, but allowed her to
share hers instead and in so doing we created a safe space for her
transition. Though she knew generally about the work I do, she was
not familiar with Dreamwalking and I never mentioned it to her. But
there was an unspoken bond between us, a knowingness that I was
there for a purpose and she was allowing it.
Upon her passing I felt her close to me and I began the Dreamwalk
meeting with her for an hour each day to assist and guide her
through the near earth realms. During this time many memories are
shared, and loved ones and animal friends may appear.
Nanna wanted to stay close to her only son, my Dad, in the days following her death and it was not until after her cremation that she
truly let go and allowed me to guide her into the Crystalline Realms
and on to the Bridge of Flowers where beautiful angelic beings, her
true spiritual family, awaited her.

The journey was an amazing experience and I am filled with joy at the
ease and grace in which this wonderful soul made her transition.
Having trained as a Dreamwalker many years ago, and having guided
many dear souls on this journey, it still leaves me with a sense of awe
and gratitude at being able to be part of such a sacred experience.

grand, but nonetheless each one shifting
and changing us in some way. And so this
month of January brings a transition into
a new year.

But this glimpse of future potentials cannot manifest without YOU. Just as a
flame needs fuel to burn, these potentials need you to understand that you
are the creator of your life. YOU must
breathe life into them.

We let go of the energies of 2014 and

rebirth ourselves into something new.
This undoubtedly brings rounds of New
Years resolutions because many want a
new start, to change a habit, to bring
something else into their lives. We feel
the energies changing, the planets, the
moon, the earth itself. We feel into potentials that were perhaps hidden behind
the struggles and patterns of our current
lives. And the new year brings a glimpse
of what could be. It is like a little nudge
from your angels and guides as they
whisper to you and remind you that today does not need to be a repeat of yesterday, that the future need not be built
on the past.

What transition would you like to experience in your life this year? From poverty
consciousness to abundance, from victim to creator, from doubt to selfconfidence, from despair to self-love?
Feel into it now, take a few slow deep
breaths. Notice any fears and doubts
that arise and just breathe them out and
let them go.
Invite new potentials to come forward to

highlight answers to questions and solutions to
problems. Invite new potentials to allow you to step
beyond the past, the habit patterns, the old
wounds.
You might see these potentials as bubbles floating in
the air. Stop and touch one of them, notice how it
feels, breathe into it. Does it feel good? Does it feel
grand and magnificent? Does it represent love or joy
or a new job or greater abundance?
Explore some more and notice how they feel.
Truly, it doesnt matter what it represents, but if it
feels good, breathe it in and invite it into your life.
Breathe it deep down into your body and allow it to
ground in this reality.

The Sacred

Over the thirty years that I have been interested in

all things spiritual, particularly healing, I have
studied, practiced and experimented with many
different healing modalities. Some I resonated
with, others I did not, but each one gave me insights and experience into working with energy
and working intuitively with the body, mind and
spirit.

Theta Healing is one of my favourite intuitive healing modalities, especially in helping to release old
belief systems and habitual behaviours. And, as
someone who teaches self-empowerment, I like
that the client is very involved in the healing process with this modality. However, as you may know,
throughout December and January I have been offering Sacred Energy Balancing sessions. These
came about as a way to offer some shorter and

Last year, 2014, was a tough year for many. Whenever you felt the need to speak up on your own behalf,
you often felt no-one was listening and sometimes you wondered if they even cared. The Universal
Year Number 7 which operated in 2014, is designed to throw ourselves back onto ourselves, to look for
answers within; to seek out our own spiritual guidance. We needed solitude and inner quiet to achieve
this. If it didnt quite work for you, then the energies of 2015 will suit you better.

10+1+2+0+1+5 = 19 which reduces to 1.

2015 is ruled by a Number 8. This is the

Number of the voice. It is ruled by the
throat chakra, which in itself is very creative and expressive in all areas of life.
We will all need, in some way or another,
to speak our own Truth and try to influence others. This year we should be listening to others too! The Number 8 also
expresses energies such as: ambition,
leadership, family loyalty, personal power, justice
(also matters connected to the Law), influence,
communication, public office, debate, singing, music. Taking care of the Aged is part of this Universal
Energy too.

Now read on to find your Personal Year

Number for 2015. Remember, this
changes on January 1.
Whatever you read below in your new
Personal Year Number, it should be flavoured by what I have written in the
opening paragraphs. The Universal Year
Number adds a flavour to the whole planet.
1 Year: For those of you taking on this energy of
the number 1 for 2015, you are entering a new
phase in your life. You are probably feeling ready
for the opportunity to begin new stages in your
work, in particular, but indeed in all aspects of your
life. A new broom sweeps clean and you have just
spent a year doing that: for you, 2014 was about
saying goodbye to all facets of your life which no
longer served you. Now comes the time to fill that
empty space and remember this, YOU get to
choose.

On the flip-side: Tact is called for or you will be arguing a lot!!

On a Universal level, true leadership is called fornot the voices of

those living in the shadows, as was
part of the nature of 2014

For some, changes will come in immediately especially with connection to relationship in January.
Make a wish map in your heart and ask (try Commanding) your God-self to deliver what you desire
in your love life. I suggest you be specific. This energy is within to Serve You.

How to work out your Personal Year Number

To simplify the method, pretend you are being reborn this year, i.e. add your birthday to 2015! Reduce the sum total to just one digit by adding them
all together and that is your Personal Year Number
from January through to December. i.e. if your

4 Year: OK. So this year will be different. You have

experienced a 3 Personal Year throughout 2014
and that was designed for you to have fun, travel,
dream, make plans, create and play. That was your
sabbatical year. 2015 is about making changes in
your life. Think back to 2010 and take note of the
new things which you chose to take on then. This 4
Year energy will allow you to make whatever
tweaks, additions, and changes to that plan; they
will become obvious. This is a year of readjustment, making things fit better, making things work for you. At some
point during the next 12 months you
may even end up throwing the baby
out with the bathwater, and starting over. 2015 is perfect for seizing
opportunities in your work place and
fulfilling personal ambitions. There
will be some hard work and serious
stuff ahead. Self-discipline, creating
order, planning, keeping to schedules, making rules for yourself, are all key words for
the year ahead. Added to this list is the awareness
of the Universal Year Number 8 (see my first paragraph), because many of the changes being sought
this year will have to be verbalised!

2 Year: When I tell you that 2015 is your year of

Partnership, what does that fill your heart with? I
am now going to suggest you spend January expressing what you desire? Tell your loved ones
what would make you happier? What field of
endeavour in your life would fulfil you more? - with
someone else to share it? Let the Universe (your
God-self) know these wishes so that it can respond. Speak your wishes out loud. This is the year
to speak up and speak out. No hiding in the corner Baby!! Your key
words for 2015 are caring, cooperation, communication, sharing, loving, partnership, Intuition; also the
art of verbal communication.
January is the month to play and
dream and be wholly creative, particularly with the significant other
people in your life. And above all,
tell them how much you love them. If such relationships are lacking in your life, then this is the
year to change that.
3 Year: 2015 will be a year of creative energy.
January begins with the emphasis on work, and
practical matters, but allow yourself to play and be
jolly with these endeavours. Extend the Christmas
season it could go on for the whole year!
Throughout the whole 9-year cycle, which we all
experience, this 3 Year is set up for us to enjoy ourselves. Take lots of holidays, embrace the children
around you (and your own Inner Child), take up a
new hobby, make grand and exciting plans. This is
not the year to be serious. Fly a bit take time out
to be silly sometimes! Your key words for this year
are joy, innocence, play, create, design, imagine.

But January will give you time out to play for a little
longer, take a trip, accept the unexpected invitation, be adventurous.
5 Year: This is the year to ride the wave perhaps
you should blue-tack a picture of a Surfer on your
wall! Sudden changes, adventures, excitement
(and sometimes shocks) are in store. All is designed to set you free i.e. giving you the opportunities to choose freedom. This year will bring lots of

from the madding crowd and to turn our attention to our inner life our own spiritual connection. Key words for 2015 are inner connection,
Knowing, solitude, peace, self-containment, new
skills, physical expression, self-sacrifice, seeking a
Cause, being in nature.

time you will be living on nervous energy.
Because 2015 is the Universal year of love of family, January will set you up to experience these
things in an exciting new way. A family holiday
would be an excellent start.

In preparation for this period of more solitude,

spend January doing some special things with
those people you were supporting so well during
2014, and make sure you tell them how special
they are in your life. Step back from life gently.
Consider what groups and committees you belong
to and make some decisions about quitting. Your
life needs to quieten down and provide you with
some fulfilling personal endeavour. Speak up and
speak out now, during January, - fewer people will
be listening as the year progresses!

6 Year: All that I wrote at the beginning of this article fits in with the priorities for you during 2015.
The Universe will be working with you to nourish
You, to be in service to your family and loved ones,
to make changes in your home (quite possibly even
move house) and fall in love all over again. Health
matters may arise, especially if you get into your
head too much! Last year taught you the value of
being spontaneous, keep it up.

8 Year: You wont notice many differences in your

life in January, but that is about to change! 2015
for you will match the opening paragraph of this
months Numerology forecast for the year. It will
be all about using your own personal power to in-

January, however, is rather self-contained, giving

you the opportunity to make a few plans and to
review where these ideas might take you during
2015. Take your family out into nature, go fishing!
Spend some quiet time with the ones you love the

desire to make changes. You will be seeking some

independence perhaps some personal space in
which you can reflect. Take your time, go within,
seek inner guidance in all matters. Seeds planted
now may take another year to grow, so a key word
for now is patience. But so is vision. Another suggestion for this current month is to book a holiday
the further afield the better! Discovering the delights of different customs and societies is definitely a 9 Year energy too.

to connect with your inner self, so commune now
and make plans to inspire yourself for the months
ahead.
