Drill floor from ground elevation at 7.65m

Bottom of cellar to rotary table 9.40m
No Mud Losses while drilling section
Varisco pump at cellar
Cellar jet lined up to pump out cellar.

Operations
1. Weld 20-3/4in wellhead assembly to landing ring with 4 x 6inch
strips.

Confirm side outlets are orientated to cellar corners.

Confirm wellhead is aligned to Top Drive (not rotary table) before welding.

2. Install Cameron Well Head hold down ring to protect threads.

3. Ensure casing is filled with water
4. Dowell SLB to prepare mix water as per programme.

5. Pick up HWDP stand No. 1.

Make up stab in stinger to bottom of stand with torque wrench

Install bow spring centralizer on bottom half of single HWDP above the stinger.
Check condition of stinger seals.
Have someone in cellar to guide the stinger into the casing.

6. RIH with 5in HWDP stinger

Cement stinger assembly: Stab-in sub, 4x stands 5in HWDP, 1 single 5in DP +
1 x 3.2m pup joint, Side Entry Sub, TIW Valve, 4m handling pup.
NOTE: Before RIH with stinger, make up from bottom 1 x 3.2m pup,
side entry sub, TIW valve, 4m handling pup and lay out same onto
catwalk.
RIH with Stab-in sub and 4 x stands 5in HWDP. RIH 1 x 5in DP single.
Pick up the side entry cementing assembly, make up to the string.

7. Connect Top Drive to Side Entry Sub handling pup.

Make up Side entry sub assembly connections before stabbing into shoe with
stinger.
Orientate side entry sub to face cement manifold

8. RIH and land stinger into stab-in shoe (at top of shoe) at 123.7 m
with 3 tons

Do not allow the cement string to turn once stabbed into shoe. This will damage
the seals.
Do not pick up out of the shoe, this can damage or roll the seals.
Install Lo torque valve on the cementing side entry sub.
Install cement line.

9. Fill the Drill Pipe x 18-5/8in annulus with a water hose.

Line up rig pumps to drill pipe and break circulation.

Stage up flowrate to 250gpm while observing for losses.

One man with radio to observe at the wellhead for returns.
Confirm the cement stinger seals are not leaking (returns inside the 18-5/8in
casing).

11.
Circulate 2 x OH Annulus volumes (190 bbls) with rig pumps
at 250gpm.

One man with radio to observe at the wellhead for returns.

12.
Close TIW valve and apply 200psi behind with the rig
pumps.
13.
Put VARISCO Pump discharge hose directly to waste pit (bypassing shakers).

Hold toolbox talk.

15.

Line up Dowell and pressure test cement line to 300/2000psi

Dowell flush through line with water and pressure test line against lo torque
valve 300/2000psi 5/5mins.

Dowell pump according to the following schedule at
5bbls/min:

50bbls Water ahead

137 bbls 1.50sg Lead Slurry
66 bbls 1.90sg Tail Slurry
3.0 bbls Water behind (= 2 bbls
underdisplacement)

Observe at wellhead for returns at all times. Notify company man if returns are
lost.
Have CemNet ready for addition in case of lost returns while pumping cement.
Notify company man if returns come up through 18-5/8in x 5in annulus.
Keep samples of cement pumped, 2 at start of cement job and 2 at end of
cement job and 2 from the returns at the cellar at the end of the job.

Bleed off pressure and check for backflow. If no backflow,
proceed with the following:

Close Lo-Torque Valve and break off cement line. Open Top
Drive IBOP.

Un-sting from shoe and pick up 5m.

20.
Line up rig pump and flush cmt stinger with 50 bbls mud at
600gpm through Top Drive..
21.
Break out and lay down Side Entry Sub and pups in one
assembly.
22.

Lay down 1 x single 5in DP.

23.

POOH with HWDP.

24.

Remove bow centralizer and lay down stab-in sub.

25.
Pick up Side Entry Sub assembly, break out and lay down
SES and pup joints.
Next Operation: Nipple up 21-1/4in Diverter system. Drillers
instruction will follow.
