Heat your will feel hotter than usual after the first 3-5 days. Do not cycle
during a hot period and in hot climate. NO SAUNA! Keep cardio light.
Dehydration as you feel hotter, you will sweat more, therefore you must
consume a lot more water than usually. NO ALCOHOL or other diuretics.

PS! NEVER GO HIGHER THAN 1000MG AS ITS A LETHAL DOSE AND YOU WILL DIE!
What you need to know beforehand: there are 2 types of DNP - pure
crystalline and powder form. They eventually have the same effect, but crystalline
form is approximately 10-15% more effective per unit. At the same time, most
capsules consist of equivalent amount of efficiency due to balanced dosing. I
recommended taking 4-10mg/kg of bodyweight a day during the cycle.
If its your 1st cycle: a) male: day 1-7 250mg, day 7-21 300-500mg b) female:
day 1-7 125mg, day 7-21 250mg
The reason for lower dosage in first week is to test out the possibilities of
medical reactions to DNP. Spread out the consumption of DNP throughout the day.
If its not your 1st: a) male: day 1-3 250mg, day 7-21 500-750mg b) female:
day 1-3 125mg, day 7-21 250-350mg
