JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Cash on Delivery (COD) Head / Teetank Rider
Description: The COD Head will be in charge of the Cash On Delivery Program of
Teetank Art Label. His three main tasks are to deliver the scheduled orders of
Teetank shoppers on time and in good condition, to receive payment from
shoppers and to safely remit collected payment to the company.
Requirements:
1. High School Graduate or College Entry Level
2. At least 6 months to 1 year experience in delivery
3. Preferably Male Applicants
4. Driving Motor Skills w/ Professional License
5. Knowledge of Motorcycle Laws and Regulations
6. Knowledge of Metro Manilas major routes
7. Trustworthy and Diligent to work

COMPENSATION
Office Hours: 9AM to 5PM
Base pay: 200 PHP / day (Subject to raise year-per-year)
Commission: 20 PHP / delivery

Weekly (Every Saturday)

BASIC TERMS & REGULATIONS

Working Holidays
Commission per delivery is doubled on working holidays.
Non-working Holidays
Observance is a must.
Absence
One-day absence is allowed with a maximum of one absence a week.
Two-day absences will result to one memo.
Loss of package
Loss of package has to be compensated by Teetank Rider (price of order).
Memos
3 memos could result to a suspension (Depends on the incidents).
Bond
3-month employment bond
20-days allowance before resignation for turnover purposes

Malicious Intent
Any action with malicious intent regarding Teetank items or Teetank assets will
be dealt with accordingly under court procedures.

MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
This Memorandum of Agreement is made and entered in the City of
Manila, Philippines by and between:

Founder of Teetank Art Label
And
____________________________
Applicant
________________________ agrees to be the COD Head / Teetank Rider of
Teetank Art Label under the conditions stated above.

Both parties shall bind themselves to the full and proper execution of this
agreement and shall in no way and manner jeopardize its consummation.
Upon signing, both confirm that they have read and understood this agreement.
