The D-days have come and gone and the results of all graduate degree courses

are out. All the aspiring students of graduation are all jubiliant on crossing yet
another important milestone of their educational journey. But the contentment is
short-lived and are detracted by the most common but critical questions faced by
the youngsters what next?
A bachelors degree today is not enough to provide for a valuable career and so
starts the journey of searching for courses which would help these students to get
a sustaining career.
MBA is one such degree that various students think of; but the thought process
behind selecting this degree is equally important. Students think that an MBA
would get them a good job after 2 years; but is the reality so? Does an MBA really
guarantee a great career or even a job? The bleak placement scenario of the past
2 to 3 years answers that. But then the question arises that with such a
academically substantial syllabus of the degree, why has MBA as a degree failed
to meet the industry expectations in the past few years?
Heres the answer A degree is not enough to sustain and progress in the
industry; it requires an all-rounder who has the right attitude, spirit and also the
correct knowledge of practical nitty gritties of business, economics, related
specializations, soft and hard skills etc. HR managers expect an MBA to be well
equipped with not only knowledge related to the syllabus but want a confident,
well read, well informed and good communicators.
Young graduates end up searching for colleges providing all these in Mumbai and
Pune. Goes without saying that people from Nashik are no doubt attracted to
shift to Mumbai or Pune for education. But is it really worth? Looking at the
student and college ratio, how many colleges providing all round development
are really available; be it Mumbai, Pune or Nashik? So then all this bedlam about
going out of Nashik is really not required.

Nashik today is becoming the hub for quality education; and one such college that
provides an all-round development of aspiring management students is Universal
College of Management.
Set amidst the green and serene environment, Universal College of Management
provides a pollution free productive environment just 7Km from the heart of the
city. Located off Gangapur road; it gives the student the convenience of being just
a stones throw away from the city and yet away from the hustle and bustle of the
crowd.

Management is a college where students dont come to learn only what the

integrating the industry demands with the trainings provided to students.
