NEXT STEPS
NEXT STEPS CLASSES
START FEBRUARY 1
Whether you are new to Beltway Park or have been involved for years,
come discover the next steps of your spiritual journey: Meet Jesus,
Baptism, Membership, Connect, Freedom, Groups, Serve, Missions, &
Give. Visit beltway.org/next.
1ST SUNDAY
You grow where you are committed! This one-week class details the
mission of Beltway Park, our core beliefs and values, and what covenant
membership means for us as a church family. At the end of the class
you are given the opportunity to complete the membership process
by visiting one-on-one with a pastor or church elder. For those new to
Beltway Park, its a great place to start in learning more about who we
are as a church. For more info, visit beltway.org/membership.
2ND SUNDAY
Come discover the meaning and significance of baptism as a public
profession of faith in Jesus and as a critical step of obedience in the
life of a believer. For adults and youth seeking to be baptized (or rebaptized), it lays a great foundation both theologically and practically.
Visit beltway.org/baptism for more info and details.

3RD SUNDAY
At Beltway Park, our hope is that you take a step towards getting
connected. We want you to have a clear sense of belonging, which
comes by actively engaging and serving our church family. This oneweek course helps you discover where you can passionately and
joyfully serve within Beltway Park based on your unique personality
and spiritual gifts. Learn more at beltway.org/connections.
EVERY SUNDAY
Beltway Park believes that every believer should walk in the freedom
of Christ. Freedom is the ability to respond fully to God out of who
He created you to be. This is only possible through the complete and
redemptive work of Jesus through the cross and resurrection. Become
the person you were created to be through our 12 Next Steps Freedom
In Christ classes. For more info, visit beltway.org/freedom.

ALTAR MINISTRY TRAINING
Sunday, January 11 / 9:00am & 10:45am / A108
Beltway Park definitely believes in the power of prayer! Altar prayer
ministers are compassionate volunteers trained to pray with and
minister to people who come to the altars after church services for
prayer. As prayer ministers, we stand in the prayer of agreement with
those seeking Gods will in their lives and encourage, refer, and assist
those who need further ministry. If you sense the Lords leading you
to partner with us in this incredible ministry, come to Altar Training on
January 11.
HEALING MINISTRY
7:00pm / Room A102 / Dates listed below
Join us as we experience and witness the miraculous move of God
in the area of healing. The Healing Team would like to extend an
invitation to those in need of healing prayer. If you or someone you
know has a desire and need for prayer, we have a group of people that
are called, gifted and desiring to serve through prayer and intercession.
We would love to have the opportunity to join you in your journey to
seek Gods healing in your life.

LIFE GROUPS
WHAT IS A LIFE GROUP?
Real life change rarely occurs in isolation. Thats why at Beltway you
hear a lot about getting together in small groups. Gathering literally
all over Abilene and the Big Country, people from every stage of life
meet in homes to follow Jesus more closely. You might not think that
engaging truth or ministering to one another could be so informal yet be so intensely rewarding. Simple. Spiritual. Encouraging. Life
Transforming.
To learn more about our Life Group ministry, search online at
beltway.org/lifegroups, or speak to one of our Life Group pastors.

YOUNG ADULTS

YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY
20twenty calls young adults in Abilene into deeper relationships with
Jesus while pursuing the calling of the Gospel. Our desire is for young
adults to come into relationship with Christ and experience Godly
community with others in the context of Life Groups and ministry
opportunities.
20twenty also provides an environment where you can establish
healthy relationships with others in your life stage that will encourage
you and help strengthen your relationship with Christ.
Life Groups meet during the week. We also gather as a large group on
a regular basis to hang out and hear a relevant message. Throughout
the spring, look for meeting dates and times for Seasons on Tuesdays.
