MINISTRY
MINISTRIES OF MUSIC
AND AUDIO VISUALS
Worship: Are you interested in leading on one of our many South

Campus or future North Campus worship teams? We are always

looking for vocalists and instrumentalists. You can take the first step
by recording yourself playing the instrument or singing a well-known
praise song. Email it to Rebecca at worship@beltway.org, subject:
audition.
We will contact you once weve received your recording. We will then
hold live auditions, and will extend invitations to those who we feel
are ready to join one of our many teams.

Media: Do you have experience operating a video camera? We are

looking for people to serve in this area on Sunday mornings as well

as helping to record videos. If you have a flexible schedule and basic
camera knowledge we can use you! Basic knowledge is helpful and
some training required.
We also have need for sound technicians and lyric presentation in
all areas. Email us at worship@beltway.org and include any prior
experience, some training required.

OUTREACH & MISSIONS

Beltway Park is dedicated to presenting Jesus Christ personally to this

generation, to mobilizing as many as possible to help in this task, and
to the training and equipping of believers for their part in fulfilling the
Great Commission. As citizens of Gods kingdom, we are called to love,
worship, and obey our Lord, to love and serve His body, the church,
and to present the whole gospel for the whole person throughout the
whole world.
We encourage everyone to experience the hands-on ministry of
sharing Jesus through a mission trip. Whether using drama, hammer,
stethoscope, playing baseball or engaging in one-on-one evangelism,
youll have the opportunity to reach the lost and brokenhearted.

School of Missions (SOM)

School of Missions is the training arm of Beltway Missions short-term
trips. We desire to see hearts stirred for the nations, people encouraged
to make a difference, and provide tools to make an impact all over the
world.
To find the trip that best fits you or your family pick up a Missions Team
brochure & Information booklet in the church office or visit beltway.

you are given the opportunity to complete the membership process
by visiting one-on-one with a pastor or church elder. For those new to
Beltway Park, its a great place to start in learning more about who we
are as a church. For more info, visit beltway.org/membership.

2ND SUNDAY

profession of faith in Jesus and as a critical step of obedience in the
life of a believer. For adults and youth seeking to be baptized (or rebaptized), it lays a great foundation both theologically and practically.

LIFE GROUPS
WHAT IS A LIFE GROUP?

Real life change rarely occurs in isolation. Thats why at Beltway you
hear a lot about getting together in small groups. Gathering literally
all over Abilene and the Big Country, people from every stage of life
meet in homes to follow Jesus more closely. You might not think that
engaging truth or ministering to one another could be so informal yet be so intensely rewarding. Simple. Spiritual. Encouraging. Life
Transforming.
To learn more about our Life Group ministry, search online at
beltway.org/lifegroups, or speak to one of our Life Group pastors.

COACHING COUPLES

FOUNDATION

PREMARITAL COACHING

Foundation Groups are for

couples who have been married
less than five years to prepare
for a lifetime of marital oneness
and ministry within the context
of Christ-centered community.
Foundation Groups consist of
4-6 newly married couples who
are led by a married coaching
couple for 12 to 15 months
through a set curriculum. Topics
include: community, Gods view
of marriage, communication &
conflict, finances, and intimacy.
In the end, it is our hope that
couples will establish a solid
foundation for their marriage as
they grow to be more like Jesus.

Beltway Park is blessed with

many couples that have
immense spiritual maturity
and incredible insight into the
relationship between a husband
and wife. These couples serve
as coaches for a set season to
guide couples who are engaged
through our Marriage That Lasts
curriculum. If youre interested
in serving as a coaching couple

STUCK (By Jennie Allen)

Wednesdays / 6:00pm
Fellowship Hall
(January 28 - April 1)
Sundays / 10:45am / B200
(February 1 - March 29)
So many of us live stuck. Stuck
in trying to seem perfect. Stuck in sadness. Stuck feeling numb. Stuck
pursuing more stuff to make us happy. Stuck in something we cant
even name. These stuck places often go unattended inside of us and
they are shaping our lives more than we would like to think. Weve
been trying to fix this feeling with everything but...God. He has a plan
for these spaces inside of us, the places we feel broken, but we have to
go to Him. Stuck is a journey to take an honest look at the fight going
on inside, leading us to the God who has a plan to restore it, to restore
us. Because as we realize that our stuck places are the very places that
make us ache for God, we find Him waiting there for us with hope and
freedom. 8-week study.

Jesus while pursuing the calling of the Gospel. Our desire is for young
adults to come into relationship with Christ and experience Godly

healthy relationships with others in your life stage that will encourage
you and help strengthen your relationship with Christ.
Life Groups meet during the week. We also gather as a large group on
