QUALIFICATIONS:
a. Bachelor of Science in Accountancy;
b. Effective MAY 2007 ONWARDS:
All Graduates with a Bachelors Degree Major in Accounting such as Bachelor of
Science in Commerce (BSC), Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), and
Bachelor in/of Business Administration (BBA) who will file for the first time WILL NOT be
allowed anymore.

Article III, Section 16 - Rating in the Licensure Examination
a. To be qualified as having passed the Licensure Examination for Accountants, a candidate must
obtain a general average of seventy-five percent (75%), with no grades lower than sixty-five
percent (65%) in any given subject.
b. In the event a candidate obtains the rating of seventy-five percent (75%) and above in at least
a majority of subjects, he/she shall receive a CONDITIONAL credit for the subjects passed.
c. A candidate shall take an examination in the remaining subjects within two (2) years from the
preceding examination.

d. If the candidate fails to obtain at least a general average of seventy-five percent (75%) and a
rating of at least sixty-five percent (65%) in each of the subjects re-examined, he/shall be
considered as failed in the entire examination.

Article III, Section 18 - Failing Candidates to Take Refresher Course


Any candidate who fails in two (2) complete Certified Public Accountant Board Examinations
shall be disqualified from taking another set of examinations unless he/she submits evidence to
the satisfaction of the Board that he/she enrolled in and completed at least twenty-four (24)
units of subjects given in the licensure examination (REFRESHER COURSE CERTIFICATE).

CONDITIONED / REMOVAL EXAMINATION


a. If an examinee obtains a weighted general average rating of 75% or higher but obtained a
rating below 60% in any subjects, he/she shall be allowed to take a CONDITIONED/REMOVAL
exam in the subjects where he/she obtained a grade below 60%.
b. Removal exam shall be availed only once.

Article IV, Section 16 - Rating in the Board Examinations
a. To be qualified as having passed the Board examination for Agricultural Engineers, a
candidate must obtain a weighted general average of seventy percent (70%), with no grades
lower than fifty-five percent (55%) in any given subject.
b. An examinee who obtains a weighted general average rating of seventy percent (70%) or
higher but obtains a rating below fifty-five percent (55%) in any given subject must take the
examination in the subject or subjects where he obtained a grade below fifty-five percent (55%).

Article IV, Section 18 - Re-examination


An applicant who fails to pass the examination for the third time shall be allowed to take
another examination only after the lapse of one (1) year.

QUALIFICATIONS:
a. Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a specific record of at least two (2) years or
equivalent of Diversified Architectural Experience duly certified by a Registered/Licensed
Architect;
b. An applicant holding a Masters Degree in Architecture from a school, college, university or
institute recognized by the government shall be credited one (1) year in his/her practical
experience.

Article III, Section 15 - Rating in the Licensure Examination
To be qualified as having passed the Licensure Examination for Architects, a candidate must
obtain a weighted general average of seventy percent (70%), with no grade lower than fifty
percent (50%) in any given subject.

Article III, Section 19 - Issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional
Identification Card
The Commission, on recommendation of the Board, enter in the Roster of Chemical
Engineers, and issue a Certificate of Registration and professional Identification Card to each
person who obtained a general average of no less than seventy per centum (70%) and a rating
of no less than fifty per centum (50%) in any examination subject.

e. 2 years of practical experience in Chemistry may be considered as a deficiency in a sufficient
equivalent for every year of college education.

Section 15 - Ratings in the Examination

Article III, Section 17 - Ratings of Examination
In order that a candidate may be deemed to have successfully passed the examination, he/she
must obtain an average of at least seventy-five percent (75%) in all subjects, with no rating
below sixty-percent (60%) in any subject.

c. EFFECTIVE MAY 2007 (Board Resolution No. 7 dated Sept. 13, 2006)
Applicants will pay Php 900 for Theoretical Phase upon filing of application. Only
those who will PASS the Theoretical Phase will take the Practical Phase and pay Php 400.
d. REFRESHER COURSE for applicants who:
* Failed 3 times during the period of 5 years
* Failed 3 times but were CONDITIONED before 2007
* Those who graduated 2007 & 2008 and failed 4 or 5 times in the examination
* Those who have not taken the examination for the past 5 years

CONDITIONED / REMOVAL EXAMINATION


a. PASSER OF THEORETICAL must take the Practical Phase immediately after passing. Should
he/she fails to take the Practical immediately, shall be given the chance to take any of the
CONSECUTIVE 3 Practical Phase schedules
b. FAILURE to take any of the Practical Phase schedules for four (4) consecutive examinations
shall cause CANCELLATION or FORFEITURE of the Passing Result of the Theoretical Phase

The licensure examination shall consist of both written and practical tests and in order to pass
the examination, an examinee must obtain a general weighted average of at least seventy-five

Article III, Section 21 - Re-examination of Failed Subjects
An Applicant shall be allowed to retake, any number of times, only the subject/s in which he/she
has obtained a grade below fifty percent (50%).
When he shall obtained an average grade of seventy percent (70%) in the subject/s repeated, he
shall be considered to have passed his/her licensure examination.

REGISTERED MASTER ELECTRICIANS (RME)

Section 19 - Rating in the Examination

subjects computed according to their relative weights.
No further examinations, unless and until he/she shall have completed twelve (12) months
refresher course in an accredited laboratory.

Bachelor of Science in Hygiene admitted to an examination under the provisions of this Act (RA
5527) shall not be given further examinations after the provisions of this Act shall be given

a. The procedures submitted shall be actually handled by the applicant after his/her registration
as a Nurse.
b. Actual procedures shall be supervised by a Registered Midwife (RM) who has been trained on
the expanded functions as provided for under R.A. 7392.
* For Midwives registered before 1996, or graduates under the Old Midwifery
curriculum, a copy of the Certificate of Training on the expanded functions shall be
submitted;
* The Training Program prior to its adoption and implementation shall be approved by
the CPE Council for Midwifery;
* This program can be obtained from accredited institutions/agencies such as the
following:
- Association of Philippine Schools of Midwifery, Inc. (APSOM)
- Integrated Midwives Association of the Philippines, Inc. (IMAP)
- Other Institutions/Agencies currently approved/accredited CPE Providers by
the CPE Council for Midwives created and supervised by the Professional
Regulatory Board o Midwifery subject to approval by the Professional
Regulation Commission.
c. The Registered Midwife (RM) who supervised the procedures shall provide the following
information:

d. Actually handled cases shall not be more than one case a day to allow adequate time for the

Section 17 - Ratings in the Examination
In order to pass the first examination, a candidate must obtain a general rating of not below
seventy-five percent (75%) in the written examination with no rating below sixty percent (60%).
Any applicant who failed in the first examination but obtained seventy-five percent (75%) in
each of at least five (5) of the subjects may be permitted to take a second examination within
one (1) year from the date of the first examination.
In order to pass in the second examination, the examinee must obtain a rating not below
seventy-five percent (75%) in each of the subjects repeated.
An applicant who failed in the set of subjects repeated on the second examination must take a

f. Two (2) identical passport size (1.72x1.37) colored pictures in white background taken
within three (3) months with complete name tag (Surname, First Name Middle Name);
g. Community Tax Certificate (CEDULA);
h. Examination Fee of Php 900.00 (Complete).

QUALIFICATIONS:
a. At least twenty-one (21) years old;
b. A graduate with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Social Work
c. Masters Degree in Social Work or its equivalent
d. Completed a minimum period of one thousand (1,000) Case Hours of Practical Training in an
established social work agency under the direct supervision of a fully trained, qualified,
Licensed/Registered Social Worker.

Article III, Section 14 - Ratings in the Examination
In order to pass the examination, a candidate must obtain a general rating of at least seventy
percent (70%) in the written test, with no rating below fifty percent (50%) in any subject.

QUALIFICATIONS:
a. A holder of a Degree of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine

Article III, Section 17 - Ratings in the Examination
In order to pass the examination, a candidate must obtain a weighted average of at least
seventy-five percent (75%) with no rating below sixty percent (60%) in any subject.
A candidate who obtains an average rating of seventy-five (75%) or higher but gets a rating
below sixty percent (60%) in any subject shall be allowed to take a RE-EXAMINATION in only
those subjects in which he/she obtained a rating below sixty percent (60%).
If the applicant fails to obtain seventy-five percent (75%) in the reported subject or subjects,
his/her examination shall be considered failed, and he/she is required to take all the subjects in
the next examination.
