The Opportunity
G Capital is seeking to acquire a 100% stake in an English

Football Club and its various subsidiaries for a price of


17mn in cash and 14.025mn in deferred income based
on promotion to the English Premier League (EPL).
The club currently competes in The Football League
Championship. By acquiring the club, and selling it once
promoted, the asset could be worth on a conservative basis
100mn (assuming current revenues plus 40mn of TV
money and 1.4x multiple).
