The following Terms of Service Agreement govern your access and use of any of the various services (the
"Services") made available to you (the "Member") by http://www.bounced.co.uk, For purposes of this
agreement, "Service", refers to the Company's service which can be accessed via our website at
www.bounced.co.uk or through our mobile application, in which users can enroll to our site. The terms "We",
"us" and "our" refer to the Company Bounced Inc. "You", "Member", refers to you, as a user of our services.
Bounced mobile applications or otherwise. Registration at Bounced is allowed only for users who have
attained the age of 18 years or above. Upon enrolment and by getting access to the services for Bounced,
you confirm that you are above 18 years of age and will be legally bound by this Agreement. By registering on

government entity. No Member is allowed to participate and in doing so would be prohibited by any applicable
law or regulation.

Amendments to TOS
At the sole discretion of Bounced at any time, for any reason or for no reason at all, Bounced reserves the
right to change or amend this Agreement. Bounced website will contain the latest version of terms of service
agreement. Though Bounced shall intimate you the material changes to the agreement, as a Member it is
your prime responsibility to keep yourself apprised of any such changes or amendments. If at any time a
Member objects to any terms and conditions of the agreement or amendments and unhappy with Bounced in
any way, there is no option but to instantly : (1) cease to be a Bounced Member; (2) end your Bounced
Membership ; and (3) inform Bounced of expiry of Membership.

Description of Services
Bounced offers a host of services to its Members as described on the Bounced website.Members will also be
given to avail additional from time to time namely shopping and e-commerce offerings and various
informational services.Bounced reserves the right to enhance, change, or discontinue the Services, in whole
or in part, at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all, at Bounced's sole discretion, with or without
notice to Members, and with no obligation to Members.

You the Member is bound by all applicable local, state, national and international laws & regulations while
using the services of Bounced.Bounced reserves the right, but does not assume any obligation, to monitor
the Services to enforce this Agreement. Nor does Bounced guarantee that any check it does perform will be
to the Member's satisfaction. Upon learning of any violation of this Agreement, Bounced, at its sole discretion,
may terminate your access to and use of the Services, require you to correct such violation, and/or take any
other actions that Bounced deems appropriate to enforce its rights and pursue all available remedies. Without
limitation, Bounced reserves the right to terminate your access to and use of the Services if, in our view, your
conduct fails to meet any of the following guidelines:
You shall not engage in any annoyance, including, but not limited to, unwarrantedreplication when listing a
person as a referral, repeated unwanted contact, interfering with a Member's use of site or stalking.
You shall not list email ids of people unknown to them.
Fake, false or phony email addresses shall not be listed as referrals by Members
You shall not list as referrals any email addresses owned by other Members.
You are not allowed to interfere with any other Member's use of services.
You shall not misrepresent your identity or imitate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Bounced
employee, forum leader, guide or host.
You shall not misleadingly represent that you are sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the Bounced
website.
Making use of any portion of the Bounced website or the Services to post, upload, email, transmit or
otherwise make available junk mail, commercial advertisements, or any other form of commercial solicitation
is strictly prohibited.
You shall not use any portion of the Bounced website or the Services to post, upload, email, transmit or
otherwise making available content, including user names and friend list names, that is harmful, threatening,
abusive, vulgar, obscene, profane, defamatory, libelous, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise
objectionable.
You shall not engage in any activity that is clearly offensive or promote or otherwise encourage racism,
bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
You shall not use any portion of the Bounced website or the Services to post, share, promote, depict,
encourage, solicit or exchange Content Harmful to Minors.
You shall not upload photos, graphics or other content that contain or promote illegal substances or activities,
including, but not limited to, underage drinking or smoking, substance abuse, weapon use, or gang affiliation.
You shall not post content that displays pornographic or sexually overt material of any kind.
You shall not provide material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits
personal information from anyone under 18.
You shall not provide instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal
weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses.
You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Bounced's database or other computer systems.
You shall not attempt to change, translate, adapt, edit, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any
software programs used by Bounced in connection with the Bounced website or the Services.
You shall not engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of,
or impairs the functionality of, the Services or the Bounced website.
You shall not collect or store personal data about other Members in connection with the prohibited conduct
and activities set forth in paragraph #1 through #18 above.
You shall not use any portion of the Bounced website or the Services for any illegal purpose.
You shall not engage in any activity that solicits or is designed to solicit password or personal identifying
information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other Members.
You shall not use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or disclose their
password to any third party or permit any third party to access their account.
You shall not publicly post information that poses or creates a privacy or security risk to another person.
Bounced reserves the right to all decisions concerning the applicability of these guidelines.We also have the
right in our sole discretion to scan, decline or get rid of any content that is available via the Bounced Services.
Any content that violates this agreement or is otherwise objectionable will be immediately removed by
Bounced. Bounced has the sole discretion to terminate an account without prior notice depending on the
severity of the offense. We are not required or duty-bound to provide a Member with a warning prior to
removal.

Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy of Bounced is in place to make clearto the Members how their data is collected and used.It

Member data and content. Member's use of the Bounced website or the Services signifies acknowledgment

Retention time of documents

Each and every personal data collected by Bounced in connection with your use of the Bounced website,
including, without limitation, your name, location, email address, pictures, friend connections, messages,
comments, login information, ip addresses and other data, will be stored by Bounced indefinitely and will be
stored in a safe and secure manner.

Commercial Email Notice

MEMBERS APPROVE TO RECEIVE COMMERCIAL E-MAIL MESSAGES FROM BOUNCED, AND
ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THEIR EMAIL ADDRESSES AND OTHER PERSONAL
INFORMATION MAY BE USED BY Bounced FOR THE PURPOSE OF INITIATING COMMERCIAL E-MAIL
MESSAGES.

Member Account and Password

Every Member of Bounced is assigned a password to operate his/her account with Bounced. Confidentiality
of the password and account at Bounced is Member's sole responsibility. Besides, Member is wholly
responsible for any and all activities that occur under Member's account. Member must immediately report
toBounced of any unauthorized use of Member's account or any other breach of security known to Member.

VIP Membership
Your membership can be upgraded to VIP status for an additional monthly fee. For details on pricing please

Mobile
Bouncedwill also provide Services via a mobile website and/or mobile applications This Terms of Service
Agreement alsocontrols all Services that are available on or through the Mobile Applications. Usage of your
services on a mobile device, implies that you agree to share information about your mobile device, your
mobile carrier or your physical location. Bounced offers services through Mobile Websites free of cost,
however your mobile service provider's standard fees and costs will still apply. You are solely responsible for
the charges.

You agree that all files, messages or other materials "Content" presented on the Bounced website and within
Bounced email messages and third party advertisements on the website, and distributed by email of a
commercial nature and presented to the Member by Bounced and the services, are protected by copyrights,
trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. You are allowed to use Bounced
content or any third party content in the manner explicitly approved by Bounced or the third party advertiser.
You should not copy, distribute, reproduce, or create imitative works from the Bounced Content or third party
content without official permission from Bounced or the third party advertiser.You are permitted to make a
copy of the Bounced Content or third party Content for your personal, noncommercial use only, provided that
you keep all copyright or other proprietary notices intact.
Although Bounced does not claim ownership of content that its Member's may provide to Bounced, by
providing content to Bounced, Members automatically grant, and represent and warrant that they have the
right to grant, to Bounced a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, and fully sublicensable, license
to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute said content.
Bouncedabides by copyright law and expects Members to do the same. Unlawful or unauthorized replication,
alteration, circulation, public display, or public performance of copyrighted works is a violation of the copyright
holders' rights.Upon finding that your work has been copied in a manner that amounts to copyright violation, or
your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, kindly notify Bounced's Agent for Notice of
claims of copyright or other intellectual property infringement ("Agent"), at:

Disputes
In accordance with the policies and procedures set forth in this agreement you and Bounced shall seek to
resolve any and all disputes between Bounced and you, respectively, including, without limitation, all claims,
counter-claims and cross-claims (collectively, "Claims"), whether in law, equity or otherwise, solely through
individual arbitration
You and Bounced agree that, except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, you and Bounced
shall seek to resolve any and all disputes between Bounced and you, respectively, including, without
limitation, all claims, counter-claims and cross-claims (collectively, "Claims"), whether in law, equity or
otherwise, solely through individual arbitration in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth in this
Agreement. Such disputes shall include without limitation:
disputes arising out of and/or otherwise relating to Bounced's Terms of Service and/or Privacy Policy;
disputes arising out of and/or otherwise relating to any Services and/or any content on the Bounced website;
disputes arising out of and/or otherwise relating to any information, communications and/or other material that
you and/or any other person and/or entity provide to and/or through the Bounced website;
disputes arising out of and/or otherwise relating to any information and/or other material that is collected,
stored and/or disseminated by, on behalf of and/or with the approval of Bounced;
disputes arising out of and/or otherwise relating to any advertising and/or other communications by Bounced
in connection with the Bounced website;
disputes that are the subject of purported class action litigation in which you are not a member of a certified
class;
disputes that arose before you entered into this Agreement and/or any prior version of this Agreement;
disputes that may arise after you terminate your registration with the Bounced website; and
disputes arising out of or relating to any aspect of the relationship between us, whether based in contract, tort,
statute, fraud, misrepresentation or any other legal theory.
Despite the language agreed to above and as an alternative to arbitration, either you and/or Bounced may
bring an individual action against the other in small claims court. Additionally, you and/or Bounced may bring
any Claim against the other to the attention of a federal, state and/or local government entity, which may elect
to seek relief against Bounced on your behalf, and/or against you on Bounced's behalf.

Termination of Services
Any of the parties the Member or Bounced website may terminate use of Bounced services with or without
cause at any time and effective instantly upon written notice to the other party. Bounced reserves the right to
terminate the Membership of a Member with or without cause at any time and effective immediately, at
Bounced's sole discretion, including but not limited to Member's failure to obey the rules with these terms and
conditions of the Agreement. Bounced shall not be accountable to Member or any third party for termination of
use of Bounced and its services. Upon termination Member's right to use Bounced or its Services shall stop
immediately. Thereafter Bounced would have no obligation to forward any unread or unsent messages to
Member or any third party.

DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES
IT IS DEEMED AGREED BY THE MEMBER THAT USE OF Bounced WEBSITE AND ITS SERVICES IS
WHOLLY AT MEMBER'S OWN RISK. THE Bounced WEBSITE AND ITS SERVICES ARE MADE
AVAILABLE ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ALL EXPRESS AND
IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS ARE
EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT

from a breach of terms of this Agreement or use of the Services. Member agrees to hold Bounced harmless
from any claims and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, related to Member's
violation of this Agreement.

Governing Law
The Agreement and the relationship between Member and Bounced shall be governed by and interpreted in
accordance with the laws of _______________, without regard to any conflict of law principles to the contrary.
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, you and Bounced
nevertheless agree that the court should strive to give effect to your and Bounced's intentions as reflected in

You agree that regardless of any law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to

You and Bounced waive any rights to trial by jury and all rights to participate in a class action.
Before beginning the arbitration process either you or Bounced has to provide a notice to the other party.
You must mail the notice to Bounced. Bounced may send the notice to your email address.
After receiving notice we will both try to resolve the dispute.
If we cannot reach an agreement within 30 days, then you or Bounced can start the Arbitration process.

Bounced will provide assistance with payment of arbitration fee if you are unable to pay and otherwise qualify

You and Bounced agree that any claims brought will be solely on behalf of you or Bounced and not as part of
a class action.

you may be entitled to additional fees from Bounced above the amount of the award granted by the
