JOB FUNCTIONS:

Role : Production process Engineer.

Establish and review existing quality/environmental management system

practice within Aluminium & Glass production activities for compliance
of international management system requirements.

To be overall responsible for the efficient operation of the Production,

Machinery Maintenance and Quality control.
Operating and Maintenance of Tam Glass Tempering machines, Flat &
Bend Glass Tempering Machines, CNC Glass cutting Machines,

machines, Lisec Double Glazing Machines, Glass Drilling machines,

Grinding machines, profile Grinding, Sand blasting, CNC Milling ,

Butyl Extruder (Lisec & china) Air compressor and Tower crane (2tone
to 6tone). Benteler (Germany) glass processing line.

Having experience in the tempering Process of glasses for

1) TAMGLASS HTF SUPER - 2448,(Finland) Flat Tempering Machine.
1) Flat & Bend Tempering SNGC 15850 (NORTH GLASS) CHINA.
2) CNC cutting Machine Making a cutting list optimizations,
Operating & Maintenance.

Maintaining and freezing the Tempering /HS setting for the Tam
glass / UniGlass/ North Glass based on glass requirements.

Conducting trials for tempering /HS for Hard as well as soft coated
glasses.

Controlling the glass quality by monitoring glass fragmentation,

roller waveness, bend and visual characteristics of glass.

To maintain the productivity.

Regularly monitoring the M/c for the maintenance of furnace and

chiller rollers, oil change for the motors, greezing for the bearings
and blower working condition.

Preparation of weekly Maintenance Report & Preventive

maintenance report.

Preparation of Break down Report.

Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, half yearly and Annual
Maintenance Scheduled.
