Hi Janet -

Thanks for exposing the tip of the iceberg. Isn't Judge Michael Welch, who found no fault with the
conduct of the Conservator, the same Judge Michael Welch of the Superior Court of California, County
of San Bernardino, who was tied in newspaper reports to numerous real estate fraud cases related to
consevatorships?

The true scandal in all of it is the refusal of FBI to enforce the law in view of widespread corruption of
the judges in Southern California. In contrast, FBI released the following statement upon indictment of a
New York State Supreme Court justice:

"This case should demonstrate that the FBI will pursue all allegations of judicial corruption
vigorously, as public corruption violations are among the most serious of all criminal conduct
and can tear at the fabric of a democratic society," said John F. Pikus, special agent in charge
of the Albany division, in a prepared statement.

Unfortunately, FBI is treating Southern California as an extra-constitutional zone...
