during the current financial year 2014-15, and would be incurred only on the items/activities mentioned in the approved
PC-I and would not exceed the allocation for any particular item/activity.

It may kindly be ensured that expenditure is restricted to the extent of funds released or approved
amount of the scheme, which ever is less.
