Summary

- Ensure an Ethical Business Environment for the Site in Cluj Napoca, Romania. Implement Business Unit and
Emerson HR policies and procedures to local level, ensuring the compliance with the Romanian Labour Code and
Authorities.
- Ensure stable qualified workforce for the organization and provide continuous employees development programs
to support actual and future business needs of the Organization.
- Act as member both of the Customer Support Center Process Management & HR Support Center Management
Teams and as Member of the Centralized HR Organization in Cluj.
- Represent the Business Unit/ Group and the country in different internal Emerson Meetings and Conferences.
Ensure that the salary structure is properly implemented in Business Unit according Cluj Campus Structure.
- Ensure effective communication channels both internally and externally.
- Serve as an advisor and coach to managers and employees in all human resource areas.
Key accountabilities
- Work with assigned workforce and management to understand business strategies
- Participate on Business Local Management Meetings and also in Centralized HR Department Meetings. Sit on the
business leadership team and contribute as a business HR leader/partner
- Execute and Lead wage and salary increase process (promotional and annual wage increases) within Cluj
alocated division ( in line with Cluj site approval process )
- Work on Headcount planning with Management together.
- Ensure, that stable qualified workforce are on site by required time
- Manage effective Performance review tool and program for the organization. Participate in setting goals for HR
aligned with the business key objectives. Drive, monitor progress and deliver results
- Manage Opinion Surveys and Follow Up Programs in the Organization
- Carry out Emerson Ethics Program in the Organization with Organization Leader together
- Work together with Organization Leader and with Business Unit HR Director on Annual Organization Review
Program
- Play a key role to develop Annual Training and Development Plan for the Organization. As part of the business
leadership team develop, implement, review and update organisational development plan.
- Set up and follow up an Annual Communication Plan for the alocated Division
- In partnership with business leadership define and develop people retention programs
- Daily contact with employees and management
- Handle disciplinary issues in accordance with Labour Code and Campus practice
- Ensure, that Job descriptions are avaiable and matched into the Campus structure
- Update organization charts
- Establish and Execute Exit Interviews and follow up Process ( actions based on feedbcak )
- The position wil be involved into all Business Unit Audits from HR Point of view
- Control the Performance Appraisal Process for assigned Salaried and Hourly workforce
- Control the hiring and reorganization process on the bases of the function and business needs
- Control salary and benefit costs in the organization
- Control trainings and cost on the site
- Control People Turnover on the Site
Job Requirements - High level education (college/university)
- Minimum 5 years of HR role experience; experience in working in multinational environment
- Fluent business English knowledge
- Project and process management skills
