White washing : at specified surfaces in 2 coats with fresh


and approved quality of white cement. The surface should
be cleaned to remove loose dust or dirt by use of a soft
wire brush. The surface shall then be wetted by sprinkling
with water and be allowed to run-off, and the first coat to be
applied by mixing 2 parts of white cement with 1 part of
water by volume and immediately thinned by adding 1 part
of water to have a uniform solution with broad quality
brush. The second coat may be applied after 24 hours so
as to get a uniform and good appearance. This includes the

Road work - a. Cutting and sectioning for forming the road

next day till any deformity in the formation is rectified,
