On the necessity of
the Brigades

FT

The disenfranchised, the exploited, the tortured of our world unite in solidarity as the first
proletarian dawn beaches red. The old order
the capitalist classes, the lords, the kings and all
manner of workers usurers, money-changers, are
driven from the templesthose of mans temporal politics and the temple of our faith. And
they are shaken out as all things are: cast aside
forever.
The issue, however, lies in the 11th hour of the day
before, our day, the day of the end of the bourgeois. The
bourgeois have been gorged but what do we do with
them? How do we really end their era? Marx secretly whis-

pers ambivilant, deceptively open to multiple, often contrasting conclusions. One thing, however, unified
throughout all his lines is the empowerment of the
workers and their necessary arming.
Any party seeking to claim a mandate amongst the
proletariat must at all points defend them as they are the
basis and the body of the party. The Communist party, the
proletarian party, is dedicated to the empowerment of the
workers in all spheres of life. Its solitary purpose is this, to
act on their behalf, through their decisions, to support in
all ways their control and victories. They must do this by
opposing imperialism, racism, hunger and the visible
hands of the clas system strangling them, and to fight for
the defense of the workers and those needs. This is the
origin of the Red Brigades. They are necessary to combat
bourgeois oppression. The proletarian party is bound by
duty to serve the needs of the its class. This class mandate
is the basis for the partys democratic demands.
It is the organisation of parties, or rather by peoplegroup-class of parties. How to apply this necessity into
action is the tricky section.
The proletarian party discovers its most effective
course of action through dialectics. Here, the divide of our
camp is the use of the Brigades to arm independent
workers or the use of the Brigades as an organ of the party.
The third camp, those opposed to the arming of workers
in general, are anti-thetical to proletarian needs and antagonistic to the democratic aims of the party.
The foundation of a proletarian party is the relationship between the classes. The bourgeois classes oppose

the proletariat at every turn, and while the peace is kept,

the violence is hidden, obscured, an ever present worry
and a constant doubt. When the full demands of the proletariat are read out, however, and the proletariat rise to take
action, the fist of the bourgeois becomes again obvious
and apparent. We stand at the precipice, always, of mortal
class violence through the antagonistic, anti-thetical aims
of our two great camps. The reign of capital is the full
application of their power upon us, yet their decadence
shows signs of their imminent decay. The recent expansion of far-right elements has shown us a clear guide of
their panic and their collapsing power. As the two powers
merge, and as the proletariat unites under their own
banner in full strength against the forces of capital, the two
powers will see open violence more and more often, further uniting the sides. The side of the proletariat, however,
is inevitably the only class which will gain power through
that situation, though, as their production of the wealth
that feeds the bourgeois and their ever expanding numbers, and their current, total subjugation at current times
will explain.
The balance of power will reach a max point of open,
declared violence as the two wings approach exact equilibrium. The proletariat, however, must have a unified party
to stand through in order to have a unified and clear voice.
They need their own party, of their making, the vanguard
party, democratically based on serving their needs and
their class specifically, in order to have a pointed resistance to the capitalist classes and the many wings of the
bourgeois party. The proletarian, or communist, party,

The Red Brigades

DRA

will be built on the proletariat, through the proletariat,

with, for, and by the proletariat, in order to serve them.
Democracy will be their key-point, and the proletariat will
create untiy here.
The Red Brigades are a force not for or by some disembodied party, but are a directed, focused application of
force by the proletariat, as organized by the democratic
party. The Red Brigades are not a true entity onto themselves, much as the vanguard party will not be, but rather
an application of proletarian will. The Brigades will act in
all ways as the open, declatory voice of the people, serving
all of their needs, just as the party will bein all ways,
they will be as inseparable from the people as they are
from the party. All of these units are truly only in hierarchy
with one another, all power stemming from and through
the workers.

FT

On Party Power

FT

The power of the proletariat is the power of its

party. The two are locked in embrace, union of
proletarian matrimony has made of them one
flesh and one blood. The party derives its
strength from the unity of the proletariat, from
their consciousness. This strength is modified by
the party to be organized, focused strength. This
force is applied to the needs of the workers and
through this the workers gain strength even further. The Red Brigades, then, as the applied force
and organisation of the workers and their party,
strengthens both at once directly, and as the two
further empower one another the balance of
strength greatly shifts in favor of the proletariat.
5

The Red Brigades

DRA

The proletariat, of course, is the class of Socialism,

and the Dictatorship of the Proletariat is only possible
through their emancipation and the assimilation of the
subjugated bourgeois class. This is the goal of the proletarian movement, and thus, the democratic proletarian
party. Democracy, of course, must be bound to the
empowerment of the workers, as they are the people of
people power. The power of the party is democracy, the
power of the people. This tells us five things:
1. That the proletarian party is essential to the proletarian movement
2. That the power of the vanguard party must be
expanded through the proletariat and vice versa
3. That the proletarian party must be one organized and
run by the proletariat
4. That the Red Brigades are the key facet in all of the
above
5. That the Red Brigades are thus a clear and primary
asset of the proletarian movement.

FT

These facts are the result of the application of materialist-dialectical analysis, and they are thus a directed use
of scientific, proletarian reasoning. The contrasts here,
between the need for party and proletarian power, are
resolved through the understanding of inevitable proletarian-power, which the party must facilitate and direct as
according to the proletariat that the are both serving and
yet an inseparable facet of. The Brigades too must function as this, for both the party and the workers, and in the

DRA

end, just the wokers. This is the mystery of the unity of

proletarian forces.

THE RED BRIGADES OF THE COMMUNIST

PARTY(MHOC)

FT

The Red Brigades, as with the rest of the party, must

maintain a strict organisation of power, ensuring that in
every step the proletariat is an asserted voice. The workers
will organize and define the party, the soviets will be their
democratic organisations of control, Red Brigades themselves will be organized per soviet and will elect their own
leaders at every level, and all will be over seen by the DPC,
a committee elected by the body of the party. This ensures
at every step that the Red Brigade is democratic and proletarian in nature, and this accountability is a main purpose
of their being parts of the overall party. They are the executive branch, ensuring the will of the workers as defined
by those workers through the party. The party is theirs,
the Red Brigades are the party just as much as the party is
proletarian.
The Brigades are our power. The party is the necessary organisation of the people, the Red Brigades the necessary extension of the Party and the people together and
through each other. This is a non-linear relationship, this
is a web of connection all united by the working class and
their needs. We must serve those needs in order to present
a unified voice for the proletariat in any meaningful way.

On the Application
of the Red Brigades

The Red Brigades are bound to the the proletarian movement, but though its aims are clear,
how does it go about it?

FT

The answers lie in Dialectical analysis. We must find

the contradictions of our own status first. We need
democracy, we need unity, we need consciousness and we
need action and defense. These are the basic needs of the
proletarian movement. This is anti-thetical to the bourgeois needs of division, of isolation, of subjugated workers,
and of cynicism. The Red Brigades are a force of unity,
action, defense, consciousness, and democracy. They
need to be organized around this. In the Communist
Party(MHOC), we have followed a one degree policy,
meaning that at every stage of control of the Red Brigades,

The Red Brigades

DRA

10

the direct assertion of proletarian power and authority is

never more than one degree of separation away.
This organisation is Democratic and Centralized.
The various implementations of this are far wider than
one might at first suppose, but in the end the focus of the
Red Brigades is to establish a union of democratic bodies.
In (M)Britain, the workers have little consciousness and
are in need of agitation and organisation. Thus a more
truly centralized approach is vital. In a South American
country under imperialism, the consciousness might be
higher, but the need for defense a far greater issue, in
which case arming and training independent workers will
take a larger focal point. These two needs are based on the
powers of the forces and needs we have.
The functions of the Red Brigade are the functions
of the people. These will be defined by the conscious
masses. Their will dictates the actions of the democratic
partys brigades.

THE ORGANISATION OF THE RED BRIGADES IN THE

COMMUNIST PARTY(MHOC)

FT

Organisational Schematic of the CP(MHOC)

The Communist Party of the MHOC

(CP[MHOC]) decided upon this schematic of leadership
in its second congress. The main party block is the members of the party, the organized proletariat. They are the

The Red Brigades

DRA

12

FT

foundation for all the partys assets and extraneous additions. The Party is one in being with the proletariat, and
the two are inseparably linked.
This schematic clearly demonstrates the concept of
one-degree policythe Red Brigades are never more than
one degree of separation from the main party base, the
proletariat. This is vital to the democratic nature of the
Brigades. This means that all of their functions are based
on the direct will of the people and the goals and aims
of their revolution.
This is the true goal of any affiliation of the proletariat: to serve their aims and to further their cause. To do
this will render the two powers unified and consubstantial.
This is what our movement seeks to do, this is the point of
the Red Brigades.
Using the Dialectical method, our party has managed to seek out this goal and has objectively spotted it,
marked it, and found the most sensible path to it. Using
Materialism, we found this goal objectively and scientifically, making our path there more certain and harder to
stray from.

DRA

Summary of Part One

FT

The work of the proletarian party is the

actionary release of the will of the proletariat
themselves. The proletarian party and its class
are in fact, inseparable but fully united and one.
They are the mystery, separate but made one
flesh. The Red Brigades follow this: they are the
actionary result of the will of the party. It is like
the differentiation of a line in calculus, taking the
rate of the rate of the original. The Red Brigades
are a specific motion, a fist, of the arm that is the
proletarian party, while the proletariat themselves are the original body. The party is the body
as the Brigades are the body as the Proletariat is
the body and we are all together.
13

The Red Brigades

DRA

14

FT

This relationship must be stressed to destroy any

fears of a corrupt , counter-revolutionary party. It is essential for the correct allowance of power to these organisations, and to the efficient organisation of them. The establishment of the Party is the will of the people as is the
establishment of the Red Brigades.
The Red Brigades must, of course, be tempered in
the cool tempering oil of the same essential needs that
birthed it: Democracy. It is the raw iron of the fist of the
proetariat that forms the blade, the carbon pointed action
of the party that gives it firmness, resilience, and purpose,
and this is all held together, firmed, or broken to be
reforged, by the cool oil of democracy, allowing it to be
used without breaking.
This blade will be discussed further in the second
part, in relation to the direct organisation of the Brigades
and Soviets and Parties themselves, on a logistical level.
The Red Brigades, the Proletarian Army, are the
single most effective forces of democratic change we have
as Socialists. The enable us to enact the proletarian will
outside of the realms of bourgeois democracy without
necessarily declaring civil war. It is a covert force as well as
an explicit one, though the message is always explicit. The
Proletariat class of the world is rising to demand power,
and that call must be answered.

DRA

Part Two: An
Introduction

FT

The next great issue with the Brigades after the

theory behind them has been explained is how to
establish and organize them? The answer is, of
course, dependent on your circumstances and
the exact nature of the class struggle in the habitat you wish to support the Revolution in. The
complex response to this would be an extensive
reading of your own situation through the Material-Dialectic, understanding and objectively analysing the contradictions in your situation. This is
correct. But as a basis, the organisation for an
industrialized and developed nation will be based
around agitation and unification. In order to ach15

The Red Brigades

DRA

16

ieve this, the proletarian part will begin by establish ing Soviets, which will raise the Brigades,
which the Brigadiers and the Party will organize
beyond that.
This is, of course, a very simple answer, but it is vital
that the elements of the one degree of seperation remain
there to retain the essential democratic tempering oil on
the freshly forged steel. The party must elaborate beyond
that. To demonstrate these concepts applied, and to detail
the analysis required, I will look to the program of the
Communist Party(MHOC).
The Red Brigades here are the fist of a Proletarian
party in action, moving towards Revolution with a firm
and absolute aim towards resistance.

The Events of
11/15/2014

FT

The Communist party was idly continuing old

sectarian jokes when the news came of riots in
the West Midlands. There was a discussion, and
members of the party took a stance that the party
must be opposed to the violence, as it was nationalistic, and several others took the view that the
riots must be agitiated from within and directed
to the proletarian cause. Of course, the idealist
doubters all held their stance, until the final
moment when the BIP Squadristi marched in.
The Celtic Workers League sent in their Partisans
with us as the Red Brigades marched into Coventry, the
seat of the violence. There was confusion in the party, the

17

The Red Brigades

DRA

18

FT

normal channels of power were not set up, the legality of

arms unsure. A rumour started that we were illegally
armed. We came in to keep peace, as was clearly defined in
my statement and the original democratic demands of the
party. The Red Brigades were tasked with duties and I was
tasked with authoritatively guiding them through these
tasks.
What became clear was that the Red Brigades were a
force of the party, and unquestionably were linked to the
party structure. We could not put them off as a delusion
any longer. It was time for the mistakes of the event, the
disunity of response, the muddled facts, to be swept aside.
No matter what role they took, the Red Brigades were
here to stay, a democratic, pragmatic, disciplined force.
From my initial response calling for agitation to the
moment we sent them in, the entire reality of the partys
needs were made clear before them: We were revolutionary, the people are revolutionary, and with a fielded
force of at least 100,000 easily within the range of one percent our support, the Red Brigades were no longer a pipe
dream. They were our new reality.

THE EVENTS IN FULL

The shocking violence in the Midlands was met with

the shocking actions of the Tories, and out of it the Model
nation learned three things: that the Communist party is
willing to take action to work for the people, that the government will lie about this in the face of obvious evidence,
and that the Tory government is completely inept at
meeting the needs of their people.

DRA

The Events of 11/15/2014

19

FT

The events began early: at 19:27 the riots began and

soon turned violent. The BBC crews beaten, Police overwhelmed, they stormed the Council House and kidnapped the Green MP for Coventry, RandomPhotographer, and held her hostage. The Communist Party was
divided, unsure of whether to support or oppose the rising
workers, and most specifically, whether to send in the
newly formed Red Brigades.
As the riots spread to London, the tension increased
ten fold. Then the Squadristi were sent in.
The Squadristi are the militant arm of the BIP, raised
for the event. Coming into the midst of the fighting, the
set about to make their presence known. All was chaos.
Inside the Communist party, the point of no return had
been reached. The Red Brigades had to be sent in to keep
the peace. By unanimous decision of all members present,
the Red Brigades had to perform this function, and they
defaulted the organization of this effort into the hands of
the Defense Commissar, Cae388.
He released a statement to all parties: The Communist Party, through the action of the Defense Committee,
has decided to move to retain peace in this situation. We
oppose, resist, and will deny the reactionary elements. Our
party will move in force to oppose them. The Red Brigades have been hastily assembled as a peacekeeping
force, and will oppose further violence while helping peace
negotiations and oppose reactionary provocateurs. As the
Defence Commissar, I have taken responsibility for their
actions. And with that, the Communist effort began in
earnest.

The Red Brigades

DRA

20

Immediately they set about stopping any developing

racial violence, assisted medical staff, and held off
brooding physical violence where possible. Unarmed, a
miss-statement by Comrade G0VERNMENT lead to
brooding agitation. The Tories demanded the Red Brigades fall back. An Ultimatum was made demanding their
surrender in an hour or the politicians responsible
would be indicted for conspiring to commit Terrorism.
This came after the party made it clear that the Brigades
acted only as medical aides, facilitating the NHS and other
relief forces.
The Tories then explained their full plans:

FT

First, order Social media companies to remove any

accounts openly affiliated with the rioters. (So we
wont be getting any more updates on the situation
from social media), any press releases from any state
organisations or state employees involved in the situation have to go through me personally). GCHQ will be
used to track and hopefully identify from social media
anyone involved in the situation.
Second, use SCO19 (Depending on which force is
most readily available), as far as we know these individuals are not heavily armed and non-lethal weaponry
will be used if possible, although this depends on last
minute intelligence (which could involve a change to
live fire arms), to deal with the hostage situation. They
will be used to rescue the MP and detain violent ringleaders.
Third, authorise the use of Water cannons and bring
in Riot Police from the Metropolitan Police in London.

DRA

The Events of 11/15/2014

21

Fourth, Once areas are clear of danger, Fire services

from neighbouring regions will be brought in to support the Fire services based in the West Midlands.
Fifth, Contingency planning for further action at last
resort if the situation escalates further, which would be
kept from the public eye (and indeed, this House), may
or may not involve the preemptive mobilisation of the
Territorial Army (Army Reserve)
Sixth, call a state of emergency in West Midlands.

FT

Along with a series of threatening edits, the intent of

the Tory government was made clear. Democracy was
suspended. The Geneva Convention as well, after the Brigades were banned from aiding Medical staff. All of this
came after the action was already out of hand. The Tories
followed up any questions of authority with Sucks for
you. The complete failure of the Tory government necessitated the action of the Red Brigades, only exacerbated by
the appearance of the Squadristi. Of course the Communist party in particular was singled out, though Albrecht
Von Roon himself stated the Blackshirts were genuinely
armed. The Tory government has shown from their first
test in governance that they are incapable, and the Red
Brigades are here to serve the workers. The party lines are
drawn, the distinction is clear, and there is no turning back
now.

The Red Brigades in

Peace

FT

The Red Brigades have two major roles: that

of the peace keeper and that of the agitating
rebel. The two mesh and meld together: the
peace keepers in war and the agitation in peace
become the various functions of the offerable Brigade actions, as facets of the two are overlaid.
Peaceful functions are as follows:

the assistance of medical staff

crowd containing
relief providance
construction
community building

23

The Red Brigades

DRA

24

In the applications of the Red Brigade to situations

where they need to instill peace, these elements are used.
They can take various elements of the Rebel in addition,
but at their core, the majority of their actions are from the
peaceful spectrum.
The Commissars of the Red Brigade must make a
decision before every responce as to which of the elements they will use, considering what the even calls for.
This will be discussed further in greater detail.

COMMUNITY BUILDING

The concept of Community Building in the Red Brigades goes back to its founding. The Red Brigades are, at
their heart, community built organisations of the proletariat. They are forces of democratic unity, of proletarian
construction. Proletarian power is proletarian unity.
Programmes like gun training, self defense, workers
organisation, infrastructure work, will be the focus of a
democratic force serving the needs of the people
neglected by government.

FT

DRA
8

The Red Brigades in

Open Resistance

In open resistance, the Red Brigades are mobilized and their arms brought to the will of the
people.

FT

We agitate, we arm, we direct action.

The Red Brigades in resistance need to be organized
to handle the combat needs of the situation. Supply
wagons from the workers councils, food trucks and
supermarkets turned into canteens, and arms need to be
distributed to adequately prepare the forces. The logistics
of the Brigades dictate the raising of a fleet of transportation, the seizure of rail lines by workers, and the immediate and direct application of workers power to assert
their control.

25

The Red Brigades

DRA

26

The party must never back away from combat after it

has been initiatedany peace must be established as a
proletarian victory or sacrifice. That is not to say that they
must doggedly assault any provokateurs, only that peace
must be based on the application of proletarian power.
The Communist party must be fully dedicated to
proletarian victory at every stage of life. In peace, war, and
love, the victory of the proletariat must be preserved.

FT

DRA
Conclusion

FT

As the drastic events of the night of 11/15/14 show

us, the Red Brigades are a necessity of the people, and
their force is the force of the will of the proletariat. The
Revolutionary actions of the Red Brigade are central to
the success of the Proletariat.
The workers need to find in the Revolutionary party
a party willing to act on their behalfthat is what the Red
Brigades are, the actionary wing of the revolutionary, democratic, proletarian-vanguard party. Our victory is the selfsame victory of the people, and we need to ensure this victory.
Workers, rise up. Workers, take arms. Workers, victory is at hand. For through unity, solidarity, democracy,
you have found your cause. Through your party, find
action. Through your party, find a voice. Through your
party, take victory. The world is yours.
