<http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/newsandevents/pressreleases/new_research_says/>. This is a source
that has a claim that winning the Nobel Prize can add 2 years to your life. "Amount of actual
prize money won by Nobel prize winners had no effect on their longevity - suggesting that it is
the sheer status boost of the award that is important in extending lifespan." This states that the
social status boost has an effect. Which means the popularity that they have gained by winning
the Nobel Prize has a large impact of the gain of 2 years to their lives. This is a secondary
source. This proves that the Nobel Prize has an huge impact not only on the winners'
invention/idea but on the winners' live.

that she won a Nobel Prize and it mentions Alfred Nobel. This is a primary source because it was

"Defination of the Nobel Prize." Google. N.p.: n.p., n.d. N. pag. Print. The defination of the Nobel Prize
is,"any of six international prizes awarded annually for outstanding work in physics, chemistry,
physiology or medicine, literature, economics (since 1969), and the promotion of peace. The

Nobel Prizes, first awarded in 1901, were established by the will of Alfred Nobel and are
traditionally awarded on December 10, the anniversary of his death. The awards are decided by
boards of deputies appointed by Swedish learned societies and, in the case of the peace prize, by
the Norwegian Parliament." I didnt know alot of this information. This is a primary source.

with the depression slide of my website. This is a primary source.

will. His will explains the purpose of the Nobel Prize. It explains that his money will be given to
the winners of the Nobel Prize. This is a primary source because it is a photograph of his hand
written will that he wrote before he died. It goes well with my topic.

http://www.nytimes.com/learning/general/onthisday/big/1014.html This is the url on wchich the
Newspaper was found. This is a headline that reconizes Martin Luther King for winning the
Nobel Peace Prize. This is a primary source becasue it was published near the time when he won
the prize.
Nobel, Alfred Bernhard. Letter to Bertha Felicitas Sophie Freifrau Von Suttner. N.d. MS. This is a letter
written for Bertha von Suttner saying that Alfred Nobel would create a Peace Society like what
she has done. It would be called the Nobel Prize honoring people for their accomplishments in

Chemistry, Physics, Physiology or Medicine, Peace and Literature. Bertha von Suttner had
inspired him to do that, so it relates to my topic very well. This is a primary source because
Alfred Nobel wrote this for Bertha von Suttner himself.
"The Nobel Foundation." Sweden. N.p., n.d. Web. 30 Oct. 2014. <https://sweden.se/society/the-nobelprize/>. This is a portrait of Alfred Noble. This is a primary source because I typed "portrait of

results." This is a quote that Alfred Noble himself wrote, so it makes it a primary source.
Noble, Alfred Bernhard. Letter. N.d. TS. This is a letter that Alfred Nobel wrote to his father, Immanuel
Nobel, saying that he figured out the mixture for creating dynamite. After he wrote that letter,
their relationship slowly got restored. This is a primary source because Alfred Nobel wrote this
letter at the time when he was still alive.
"Thrills in Science." unknown Sept. 1941: n. pag. Rpt. in Tumblr. N.p.: n.p., n.d. N. pag. Print. This is the
fake obituary of Alfred Nobel. IT explains that his invention killed him and others. But it was
really his brother who dies with others, NOT because of his explosion of dynamite but because of
the unsafe mine explosion. People said that is said to have brought about his decision to leave a
better legacy after his death. This is a primary source because it was written when Alfred was
still alive and it is about Alfred's death even though it was his brother who died.
