Recent studies have shown that an organization is likely to achieve its goals if everyone in the
organization sees it and can imagine the steps to get there. This is the reason why many companies
craft their Vision, Mission and Core Values statements
Visioning generates a common goal, hope, and encouragement; offers a possibility for fundamental
change; gives people a sense of control; gives a group something to move toward; and generates
creative thinking and passion. The famous book "Built to Last" by Jerry Porras and Jim Collins, said
that many Companies who stood the test of time have all these. The authors call them visionary
companies. Visionary Companies however are not defined merely by the statements they post on the
wall, they are defined by the way they live up to the company's mission, vision and core values. The
aim of this program is to aid companies in crafting their set of statements and identify ways and
means to live by it.

best leadership project for leadership workshops or the R.E.A.P (Re-entry Action Plan)
for other workshops; where the participants are encouraged to contextualize concepts
and create their own projects to be implemented back in the workplace. This will ensure
that learning will be brought back and applied right away. It is also a tool that can be
used by managers and supervisors for follow through
4. Submission of Post-workshop Report which includes a comprehensive account of
the highlights of the training intervention so as the facilitators observations and recommendations
5. Conduct a half-day follow thru session months after the workshop to reinforce participants learning.
