Why is change management so important? Why use the e-Change Agent?

The risk to the organisation if change fails is high.
Poorly managed change has a bottom line cost to the
company, as well as corporate reputation, customers and
employees.
Studies of change management failure consistently cite
only a 30-40% rate of benefits are realised on change
implementation (Standish Group, McKinsey, IBM studies).

to do this without any support?
At the cost of 1 – 2 days of a good change consultant you
can get eight weeks of ongoing support by either
phone or Skype, unlimited email queries, and a
library of tools and templates.
The e-Change Agent provides this support 8am - 8pm
AEDT. This permits coaching online and phone support
in the UK, Europe, US, Asia and India.

Experienced Coach
I have extensive experience coaching at all levels of the
organisation – from CEO, to Change Managers, to Team
Leaders and their staff. I have provided coaching to the
person sitting next to me or to people on the other side of
the world.
Qualified at a PhD level
My doctoral research investigated the types of
communication in organisational change programs, with
a specific focus on organisations undergoing continuous
change
Strong Industry Experience
I have worked in a range of public and private sector
organisations undergoing continuous change initiatives.
This has involved:

•Diagnosing communications problems
•Analysing change interventions with an emphasis on
change program effectiveness.
