This form is for calculating the struck capacity of a bin or a silo. It does not
include any peaking above the top of the bin. In addition, due to form a pile,
the actual, or usable capacity, when handling solids, will be less than the
calculated volume. This can be accounted for by calculating the top as a
cone. Using a height of zero, and only inputting the cone angle (angel of repose)
this can be used to calculate the capacity of a conical pile.
