Main Cubical Panel:

Supply and eracation of main cubical panel fabricated out from 14 Gauge M.S.
sheets. Size 1050 mm x 750 mm x 450 mm (Approx.) The panel should be dust
and variance proof togther with decreasing and applying two coats of red oxide
and coats of gray enamal paint. The panel should comprises the following items
panel shall be both side openable duly hinge door with locking arrangment (L
& Key Lock ) The panal should be mounted with hardware on angle iron fram
of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm and 1500 mm. legs duly painted. Frame be grounded
750 mm. below ground level with cement concrete mixture providing bricks
masonry along angle frame above G.L. shall be as per provision for the
following.

P/ F neutral bus bar of size 20mm x 3mm (300 mm length APP) with duly
covered by heat shrinkable sleeves with busbar supporters.
P & F of 2 Nos. Earth terminals including Hardware's duly interconnected with
8 SWG copper wire.
P & F of 3 Nos RYB phase indicator Resistant type complete with lamp.
P & F 6 mm thick bakilite sheet electric grade of size 600 x 450 mm (APP) or
as required including making holes for switches etc. with washers and screw
complete as required for above items.
Interconnections shall be done with 7/0.044 mm PVC copper wire duly
Crimped with aluminum Lugs.
P & F position cable gland in brass nickel plated heavy duty with three metal
washers and one rebar ring, double compression flame proof including
preparation of cable etc. as required. (1.) Cable gland 16 mm/25/mm/50mm
P & F tubular/Bullet type cable Terminal and duly Crimped with Crimping Tool
including making cable end ready for crimping and providing insulation tape
with colour code etc. As required1- Upto & including 25Sq. mm

S & F of Technical Specifications of Designer Pole of 8.0 mtrs - Ornamental
Decorative look Designer Steel pole, made out of tubular shafts of 165 mm and
114 mm outer diameter, having step type construction. Fusion of two shafts to
be enabled by another suitable steel shaft preferably split in three parts
horizontally and having requisite stregth to make the structure mechanically
sturby and robust. The step joint should be covered by an ornamental cast iron
embellishment (as shown in drg.) and another cast iron emblishment is provided
at the base of the pole (as shown in drg.) Pole is flange plate ounting type and
has got a 16mm thick flange plate 350mm x 350mm in dimensions having four
holes to accommodate M-24 type bolts.
Pole to have a one arm
designer bracket with central stem made out of 89 mm OD tubular shaft and
street light mounting arms are made out of 50 mm OD tubular shafts (refer
drawing). Apx. 135 kgs + 10% Make- Radem/ N.D.M./ Bajaj' Bhrmani.

P & F cement concrete 24x 24 Foundations bolts of size 6/8 should be

grouted in 600x600x1200 mm cc. of ratio 1:2:3 and stone graded grit ballast 12
mm to 20 mm crusher broken of size and iron bar 6 mm (10kg) desired. and
suitable for fabricating reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening
cutting, bending, placing in position in binding & R.C.C. work 1.0 ft above
ground of level high direction by approved engineer in charge.

S & F of IP 65 Rated LED street Light luminiaire with 24no's of High Power
LED with 220-240V AC operation. Die Cast Aluminum housing with UV
stabilized prismatic acrylic cover with LM6 aluminium housing. The luminaire
should be provided with in-built power unit & electronic driver. The luminaire
should be so constructed do ensure that the gear & LED modules are
replaceable, if required.
