Primary Objective:To provide an exposure and understanding of important business laws in India to manage the businesses efficiently
and to contribute effectively to the industry in particular and to the society in general.
Specific Objectives:
To familiarize the students with the legal scenario of doing business in India.
To create an awareness and develop an understanding about the best business practices.
To orient the students with the knowledge and skills required to take up challenges and exploit opportunities.
Course Learning Outcome:
