This is Future Living

The Future Living house is a testament to the will of design. It took twenty six designers (a feat in itself) to create
it. Every technologic leap was analyzed to make sure anything proposed was possible by 2050. Its a paradigm
shift in home resource creation and location. Water uses gravity to generate pressure. Energy is harvested from
solar and wind apparatuses. Air, water and waste are cleaned using a living bio wall and everything is recycled
when possible.

Looks neat, fairly easy to construct if modular. I've added it.

rational thinking process make the modular to work in both structural and cost. most profitable building process
has to be cookie-cutting methods.
the challenge here is how to incorporate enegy efficiency into our everyday living. that will be the definite
direction of high tech buildings. i love it.
next interesting challenge is how to combine rationality into intuitive subjective level of architectural practice.

Very innovative home design, as this is need of the hour. Such types of housing models will encourage
sustainable living and more people will start using clean energy options like solar, wind, etc. Sustainable homes
will not only help us reduce the CO2 emissions, conserve water, recycling waste but will also reduce the
expenditure on building and maintaining homes in todays economy. Various governments across the globe
should encourage such projects by subsidizing or funding the designers and developers, by coming up with
various schemes and competitions on sustainable development, etc.
I think it is high time we started taking nature and our planet earth seriously and do our bit about environment,
sustainability, climate change, biodiversity, clean energy, green living and so on. One great place to start would
be. Elpis is an online community focused on responsible living and sustainable growth. You can measure,
reduce and offset your carbon footprint; set up petitions, volunteering and fundraising projects for your favorite
causes; help create action plans for sustainable communities; buy a range of eco friendly products and
services; and network with other people who share a common interest in a low carbon, responsible lifestyle.

probably happen in the next ten years by 2050 AI's will be around

Great idea, but what would the R-value of the walls be? There's no sense in over compensating to heat or cool
when it could be energy efficient.

Meh.glass floors for decks? Water filtration only occurs on plant wall side? Water reservoir seems
undersized. Need to pump water back up to plants during time of no rain? Stair design very spatially inefficient.
Interior areas unreasonable as proposed habitation space; may work for pavilion. One row of wind turbines is
pointless at this size and scale. Seemingly overframed, though difficult to tell with simple massing diagrams
shown.

Ive designed multiple buildings like this, on my own, without any fancy degree.
26 designers to craft this?
They should get the fuck out of the way and let people with functional imaginations do something instead

What is innovative about this? I can make generalizations about a theoretical house in the year 2050 too.

proposed for me is .. going back to 1985 .. where i had put 90 percent of the proposal developed by 26

These diagrams dont offer the best understandings for the concept. For instance the bio-wall doesnt seem to
offer the proper spacing for the vent system or is it a UV Air Purifier biowall??
