What we expect from you:


Student of business administration or related fields at Master level or second half of
Bachelor program
Excellent academic achievements
Strong analytical skills
High interest in financial markets, private equity business and M&A
Previous internship in relevant field favorable
Ability to work diligently under time pressure
Strong team player
Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel
Fluency in English in speech and writing
The internship has to be part of the academic courses (mandatory internship)

Portfolio & Pricing Management is responsible for the pro-active, risk-return-oriented management of
the Corporates & Investment Banking loan book.
We offer an exciting and fast-paced environment with the opportunity to be an active integral part in
one of our deal teams and gain first-hand investment banking insights.

Our offer to you:


Manage complex international Project & Commodity Finance (PCF) transactions in
cooperation with experienced portfolio managers
Liaise with international portfolio management units in London, New York, Singapore
Support portfolio analysis and contribute to investment criteria
Work on complex cash flow models and support execution of financing solutions
Develop industry knowledge in the typical PCF industry sectors

What we expect from you:


University degree in business administration or similar education
Previous practical experience in corporate finance and/or risk management
Minimum of 6 months prior international experience
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work in a team and flexibility to adapt and respond to changing markets
conditions
Basic knowledge of financial markets and their instruments
Ability to build and analyze complex cash flow models
Fluency in English and German, French language skills advantageous
The internship has to be part of the academic courses (mandatory internship)
