TAX PREPARATION

February 3 through April 14

It is tax time again! Trained volunteers will be available to ASSIST LOW AND MODERATE INCOME, older taxpayers prepare their tax
forms. PEOPLE WITH COMPLEX TAX FORMS SHOULD SEEK PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE. The service will be offered every
Tuesday and Thursday through April 14. Volunteers will be on-site at the Orchard View Community Education Center from 9:00 am to
2:30 pm. Taxes will be prepared on an APPOINTMENT ONLY basis. To make an appointment, call 760-1493 beginning in mid-January.
To help complete your taxes accurately and quickly, please bring the following information with you to your appointment:

Copy of your 2014 income tax return or rebate claim form.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Form SSA-1099 to show Social Security income received in 2014.

Form 1099 interest form from your bank to show any interest received in 2014.
Form 1099 Div to show any dividends received in 2014.
Record of property taxes or rent paid in 2014.
Heating bills from November of 2013 through October 31, 2014.
Form W-2 if you received any wages in 2014.
Any blank tax forms you received in the mail.

AARP income tax aide volunteers are

needed for this years tax assistance
program. Training is provided for this
very worthwhile volunteer opportunity.

BOOK DISCUSSION GROUP

Join in the fun and play bingo with us as your schedule allows! No reservations are necessary.

OIL PAINTING

ZUMBA GOLD & TONING

Discover the world of oil painting. For the beginner,

step-by-step instruction in the use of brushes, mixing
colors, composition and more. The advanced student
can discover new ways to enhance their painting with
unusual effects. Each class has a lecture & demonstration with the remaining time devoted to open
painting. Supply list available; please call 760-1493.

This class combines Latin rhythm and dance with

easy to follow, slower movements followed by light
toning exercises using hand weights. Please provide
your own hand weights. Bring towel, water, and wear
athletic shoes and clothing.

DRAWING CLASS
If you enjoy sketching, this class is for you! Learning
to draw is a surprisingly simple accomplishment that

PAINTING ALONG WITH AMBER

This is a three hour guided acrylic painting class created for the beginner student. A completed painting
will be on display in the class as a visual guide. Step
by step instruction will be given as you complete your
