We are located within Orchard View Community Education Center at 1765 Ada
Avenue in Muskegon, directly behind Huntington Bank on Apple Avenue, 8:00 am4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

PAYMENT:

VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER are all accepted, along with personal check and
cash. Trips are filled on a first come, first serve basis, call to register before mailing in
payments. Deposits are required within seven days of making a reservation. Please
understand that your reservation is not secure unless payment has been received.

REFUNDS AND
CANCELLATIONS:

A full refund will be issued if a trip is cancelled by Orchard View Travelers. If you need
to cancel your trip, and have not purchased travel insurance, cancellation penalties are
listed below:
Day Trips: 89-60 days: $10 cancellation fee, 59-30 days: deposit is nonrefundable plus
any supplier fees, 29-1 day: trip cost is nonrefundable (if seat is resold, you will be fully
refunded, less your deposit.)
Extended Trips: 89-60 days: $50 cancellation fee plus any supplier fees, 59-30 days:
deposit is nonrefundable plus any supplier fees, 29-1 day: trip cost is nonrefundable (if
