Backup the VM
When implementing Sysprep, please backup the VM in advance. Refer to [Service Portal Users Guide] about how to backup the VM. This not only allows
the original VM to be restored to a pre-sysprep state, but also allows any changes to be regressed in the event of a problem.
Sysprep Environment
Within the Windows 2003 Server VM for imaging, please create a folder called [sysprep] within the root of c:\.
This folder is automatically deleted when the system setup process is completed.
In order to obtain the sysprep.exe tool, please go to the following Microsoft website.
