McLanahan-Universal Jaw Crusher sizes are determined by the model numbers, the first two numbers being the measurement in inches from the top of the crown on the stationary jaw plate to the top of the crown
on the movable jaw plate, and the last two numbers being the width between the side liners. Example: A model 2036 has an opening of 20" from the top crown of the stationary jaw plate to the top of the movable
jaw plate and has a measurement of 36" between the side liners.
These capacity and gradation charts are based on a discharge gap which is measured from peak-to-peak on the corrugated jaw dies.
McLanahan-Universal Jaw Crushers are known for their efficiency and aggressive crushing action. The capacities and output gradations provided here in are
theoretical in nature, and will vary with each and every application due to material characteristics and numerous other factors. These charts serve as a guide only.
