We are the students of Northern Negros State College of Science and
Technology, taking up the Master in Nursing Program. As part of our
requirements in our subject NMA 604- Field Experience in Nursing
Management and Administration, under our professor Atty. Joseph Gedeoni C.
Valencia, RN, MN, PhD, we are asking your permission to allow us to conduct
our Organizational Environment Analysis in your City Health Office. It
comprises of obtaining data about your organization, actual observation, and
interview of the City Health Officer.
If granted, the Organizational Environment Analysis will start on April
23, 2014 but will not be on everyday basis, instead, we will be asking for
the comfortable schedule of our interviewees when to let us observe your
unit. We are not going to intervene by any means the daily operation of the
unit, we will just be there to observe its operation and when our interviewee
is ready to have his interview, that is the only time that we will interact with
him. We will truly be grateful for your considerations.
