Extremely functioning leadership requires internal time, courage and strength, so does
not chief assignments ......
After quite a lot of years as a leader in various missions and (not least own leadership
training) and management training is the training I developed most in and is most
impressed by is the yogic approach.
Yoga has an explicit plotting to implement, to do!
In comparison with our status staircase where you generally receive a higher wage and
more power the further away from people you get, is the highest level of leadership in
yoga is in service to others. As a yoga leader, you are expected to create energy of the
people you lead and must therefore devote time each day to create it in yourself as a
leader, otherwise you should not settle on leadership mat simply.
What is far devised in this ancient yogic leadership philosophy is that every person
who exposes himself (haha) for this development automatically receive your very own
development plan from day one with precise movements to be made every day and are
changing as a pre thoughtful patterns depending on what you need to develop, this is
made by your leader directly and they take responsibility for it with no frills. These
exercises covering of the body, brain and of course the uniqueness of each one, and
also for the group you are currently belonging in, this can be done in almost the whole
world when all structural steps is equal wherever you are .

In order to be near other people requires a strong and open heart, so therefore you
train it, in which security review would we put this in our labor organizations?
"If you want to work with people, you should do these exercises minimum 45 min /
day to do a good job, not risk weakening your own heart and reduce the risk of
incorrect decisions, included in your mission"
For what happens when your heart gets less power, yes you close it, both physically
and mentally, this is an approach that I love in Chineese medicine, although as a Swed
is difficult to learn when we are brought up in some other way around;
"When your heart is weakened, go out to others who can strengthen your condition
and create balance"
Based on this, the greatest force exist in the group, in yoga you always exercise a lot
individually, but the transformation happens in the group and multiply the effect!
So today when I lead a group, we can shorten the time for all exercises than if we
made them each one individually, we get the same effect on a third of the time, LIKE!
