SALIENT FEATURES
Machines main body is made of closed grain cast iron.
All moving parts are made from alloy steel and are hardened and ground to precision.
All gears and driving shafts are forced lubricated while running continuously for longer life and better
performance.
Machine provided with double column. The outer column revolves on bearings against base ring of the inner
column to give free movement to arm.
Inner column is adequately ribbed to give required rigidity to the machine.
Spindle head is box type suitably designed to withstand any distortion by twisting, sagging or vibration while in
operation.
Spindle head is provided with roller bearings to facilitate easy and smooth movement on the guide way of the arm.
Spindle sleeve is guided in closely honed headstock bore to give close tolerances.
Hardened and ground spindle is supported in precision bearings.
9 spindle speed and 4 Auto feeds are provided with precise depth control device with automatic stop at the
present depth.
The main spindle have arrangement for the auto feed as well as manual head feed operations.
The elevating mechanism of the radial arm is powered independently, with separate motor for effort free movement
of the arm. Limit switches are provided to safeguard against any accidental overshooting and also elevation of the
arm is interlocked with arm locking lever. These arrangement protect the machine from the damages.
The base is enclosed type and heavily ribbed. It is provided with machined T-Slots for clamping working Table,
Jigs and fixture.
A Built in reservoir in the base for the coolant is provided. This helps in independent mounting of coolant pump.
