The bank must make the close supervision of all branches which come under the
controls of the bank by developing the effective controls mechanism.
The banking service of this bank should be the targeted areas not only in the local
communities nearly the bank.
21

The govt. must reduce the tax it promote the micro financial institution. The micro
financial institution must put pressure on the government to reduce.
The bank must remove its organizational weakness and have to maintain its pure
organizational goal & mission.

3.3 Feedback to college/university

Crimson College of Technology, in the present condition is the most successful
college in the Butwal City. Since the college established, it is producing the technically
skilled manpower. The main aim of this college is to educate the students through
international approved educational system the priority is to given to the information
technology and management. At the present era of the changing world CCT has been
able to produce the efficient human resources.
I would like to thank Mr. Deepak Bhandari and Mr. Gajandra Basnet providing
me the chance getting internship program in my locality. This internship program
helps me to take advantage of the SBBL. The internship programs help me to develop
the official skills and attitude.
Even the college is brilliant in providing the technically education to us, some
major weakness of the colleges. The performance the major areas where the college
has to be worry are follows:
The college must maintain the different deployment as a separate entity.
Beside the education the college is weak in taking part in different sports program
students may encourage through the sports.
Even the teachers are very devotional the problem of not finishing the subjects
syllabus in time occurs college administration has to thin on it.
College administration should maintain the close supervision in the daily
performance of the students and the teachers.
The way this CCT College is performing is excellent and the education
providing through this college is valuable to the students.
This Internship report has been prepared in accordance with the particle
fulfillment for Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A). It has been matter of
pleasure for us since the Pokhara University has offered us such an excellent
opportunity to work in a real work risk associated.
The Pokhara University School of business is an ideal University in the Nepal.
This University is currently providing the BBA, BCA, BI, BCIS, B Pharmacy and
other programs to the Bachelor students which are valuable for their life. This
internship report is prepared in accordance with the prescribed rules and regulation
provided by P.U. therefore, I am very grateful writing of a part of our course. But
some thing has to be done to be the best University in the Nepal.

22

The effective cal trolling mechanism is necessary to controls the performance of

the affiliated in statues
The lectures are required to motivate students to get internship in such banks.
There should not be political interfere in the University.
There should neat and clean administration of the University.
There mustnt political ideology in the professors.

At the end I would like to state that both P.U. and then CCT College are
complement to each other. Both have similar objectives and missions in education.
The cooperation between them should be long lasting and the resources should be
share. The aim of the both P.U. and CCT are only achieved if the effective functional
mechanism could develop.
