MUNICIPAL RESOLUTION NO. 097-2014

FURTHER UPDATING THE ANNUAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM (AIP) OF THE GENERAL FUND
AND TRUST FUND OF GUINOBATAN, ALBAY FOR CY 2014.

WHEREAS,
the Annual Investment Program (AIP) of the Municipality of Guinobatan,
Albay for CY 2014 embodies the various programs/projects/activities of the municipality in which,
through this, the local government would be able to effectively and efficiently deliver the basic
services and facilities which they envision to provide to their constituents during their tenure;
WHEREAS,
as part of the short and long term investment programs of the LGU for the
development of the municipality, the approval of additional programs/projects/activities becomes
inevitable and necessary;
WHEREAS,
these additional programs/projects/activities which are to be embodied in
the forthcoming supplemental budgets must be included in the AIP for the year 2014 or that such
AIP be updated to include them considering that such is a condition precedent in the preparation of
a budget;
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, be it now:
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay
in session assembled, to further update as it hereby further updates the Annual Investment
Program (AIP) of the General Fund and Trust Fund of Guinobatan, Albay for CY 2014.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of the additional investment programs for CY 2014
under the General and Trust Funds of Guinobatan, Albay is hereto attached and marked as Annex
A.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be furnished the Hon. Mayor Ann Y.
Ongjoco, the Municipal Budget Officer, and such other concerned offices or agencies, for their
information and appropriate action.
APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY, on motion of Honorable Councilor Ricky S. Matza and duly
seconded by the members present this 1 st day of September, 2014 during their 31 st Regular
Session.
