MR. RAJESH P. KHANDWALA CMD:
A commerce graduate with experience of over two decades in Capital Market
activities. Well versed in the field of primary market, secondary market, mutual
funds and arbitrage operations. Controls key strategic aspects of the business and
major day to day decisions based at Ahmedabad.
MR. VIMAL P. KHANDWALA - MD
A commerce graduate with an experience of more than two decades in Capital
Market. Rich experience in primary market, secondary market, dealing with
institutional and non-institutional client, HNIs, derivatives and arbitrage
operations, and financial management. He is based at Mumbai and looks after
KIFS arbitrage operations.
MR. GAURANG H. DALAL DIRECTOR, B.Com. FCA and ICWA
Has experience of 32 years in Capital Markets as well as in Stock Broking, Portfolio
Management, Merchant Banking, Leasing & Hire Purchase, Banking &
Institutional Finance, Marketing of IPOs, Industrial Finance and MIS. Looks after
the business development activities, expansion of value added services.

MR. NIRU M. MEHTA INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
B.E. in Electronics Engineering from MS University, Vadodara and MS in
Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, USA .
He is also an alumni of Wharton School of Business, USA . He is a senior
technocrat / Manager turned into Venture Capitalist, Has over 30 years of varied
senior management experience; both in USA and India. Presently, he is a Managing
Partner of India TIG

MR. ATUL N. PARIKH INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR, B.Com. LL.B, DTLP, CAIIB,

PGDBM
He is a seasoned banker for more than 3 decades. Has wide range of banking
experience in Operations; Audit; Retail Banking; Foreign Exchange; Credit
Management; Training; Merchant Banking; Capital Market operations etc.

MR. KARTIK S. MEHTA INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR, B.Com, CA, ICWA and CFP
Has worked across various functions including Corporate Finance, Treasury
Management, Retail Banking and Distribution, Agriculture Credit and Priority
Sector and Microfinance during his banking career.
